The five of us played disc golf at one of our favorite courses. None of us were playing particularly well for some reason. One of my friends lost a disc on the third hole.
I lost my main distance driver on hole five and struggled a bit the rest of the round. Up until this point, I was doing pretty well.
After the round was over, I went back to look for my disc some more and found it fairly soon. It was where I thought I saw it go but was hidden deep in some bushes. We spent a lot of time looking farther back towards the pond since my friend thought he saw it hit the top of a bush. I'm just glad that I got it back.
Searching for discs can be a part of the game sometimes. I tend to get myself more in trouble when I'm trying to throw extra hard. If I am trying to score well, I don't try for extra distance.

I had a good look at the pond today when I was searching for my disc.
