¡Que hay, mi gente de Hive! 🏋️‍♂️ Seguimos con los reportes de entrenamiento diario. ¡Con hoy, ya llevo 2 días entrenando al despertar! Mi rutina se divide en dos horarios: en la mañana y en la noche. ☀️🌙 En la mañana, hice mi rutina de siempre. ¡Qué emoción! 🥳 Realicé 3 series de 3 repeticiones de marcar straddle planche prona con un descanso en tuck plancha prona. Luego, 3 series de 3 repeticiones de marcar straddle planche supina con descanso en tuck plancha supina. Después, 3 series de 3 repeticiones de marcar straddle planche neutro con descanso en tuck plancha neutro. ¡Uff! 😅 Y para rematar, 3 series de 3 repeticiones de marcar front lever con descanso en tuck front lever. Para terminar, 3 series de L-sit a front lever y 3 series de half front a tuck front lever. ¡Me sentí como un superhéroe! 💪 En la noche, ¡traté de variar un poco! En el calentamiento, lancé dos giros continuos de 360 grados, o como le decimos, ¡un doble 360! 🤸‍♂️ Fue genial. Después, vino lo difícil: * 3 minutos de descanso 🧘‍♂️ * Una full de 3 segundos en el piso. ¡Lo logré! 🎉 * 3 minutos de descanso 😌 * Una full de 3 segundos en unas mini paralelas. ¡Casi me caigo! 😜 * 3 minutos de descanso 😮‍💨 * Un intento de flexión de full planche. No salió, ¡pero lo intenté con todas mis ganas! 😤 * 3 minutos de descanso 😩 * Un intento de press de full planche. ¡Me quedé a la mitad! 😂 * 3 minutos de descanso 🥴 * Un Hefesto básico. ¡Este me encanta! 🥰 * 3 minutos de descanso 😴 * Un intento de Hefesto en back lever. ¡Qué complicado! 🤯 * 3 minutos de descanso 😫 * Un Hefesto básico y un front lever. Este combo es mi favorito. 🥰 * 3 minutos de descanso 😅 * ¡El primer combo casi lo fallo! Esta vez, el segundo lo fallé tres veces. ¡Qué frustración! 😭 * 3 minutos de descanso en las tres veces 😩😩😩 * Lancé el combo de esquivo. ¡No lo logré! 🥺 Y se hizo tarde, así que me fui a la casa. ¡Eso fue todo por hoy, mis queridos lectores de Hive! ¡Gracias por acompañarme en esta aventura de sudor y esfuerzo! ¡Hasta la próxima! 👋
Hey, my Hive people! 🏋️‍♂️ We continue with the daily training reports. Today marks my second day of training right after waking up! My routine is divided into two schedules: morning and night. ☀️🌙 In the morning, I did my usual routine. How exciting! 🥳 I did 3 sets of 3 reps of prone straddle planche with a prone tuck plank rest. Then, 3 sets of 3 reps of supine straddle planche with a supine tuck plank rest. Then, 3 sets of 3 reps of neutral straddle planche with a neutral tuck plank rest. Phew! 😅 And to top it off, 3 sets of 3 reps of front lever with a front lever rest. To finish, 3 sets of L-sit to front lever and 3 sets of half front to tuck front lever. I felt like a superhero! 💪 During the evening, I tried to mix it up a bit! In the warm-up, I threw in two continuous 360-degree twists, or as we call it, a double 360! 🤸‍♂️ It was great. Then came the hard part: * 3-minute rest 🧘‍♂️ * A 3-second full lunge on the floor. I did it! 🎉 * 3-minute rest 😌 * A 3-second full lunge on some mini parallel bars. I almost fell! 😜 * 3-minute rest 😮‍💨 * An attempt at a full planche push-up. It didn't work, but I tried my best! 😤 * 3 minutes of rest 😩 * An attempt at a full planche press. I missed the mark halfway through! 😂 * 3 minutes of rest 🥴 * A basic Hephaestus. I love this one! 🥰 * 3 minutes of rest 😴 * An attempt at a back lever Hephaestus. So complicated! 🤯 * 3 minutes of rest 😫 * A basic Hephaestus and a front lever. This combo is my favorite. 🥰 * 3 minutes of rest 😅 * I almost missed the first combo! This time, I missed the second three times. How frustrating! 😭 * 3 minutes of rest all three times 😩😩😩 * I threw the dodge combo. I didn't make it! 🥺 And it got late, so I headed home.
