¡Que hay, mi gente de Hive! Seguimos con los reportes de entrenamiento diario 😴💪 ¡Mi gente de Hive! Hoy la batalla no fue solo contra la gravedad, sino contra la necesidad biológica de descansar. Mi cuerpo se despertó muy temprano, casi sin estar consciente, y cuando vi que me estaba alistando automáticamente para entrenar... ¡lo detuve en seco! Fue una negociación interna épica 🤝. El Arte de la Negociación y la Victoria Estratégica 🩺 Le señalé a mi cerebro que el cuerpo estaba ardiendo, la nariz irritada 🤧, que estaba lastimado por entrenar en esas mismas condiciones la noche anterior, y que hoy necesitaba algo de energía para el trabajo. ¡Mi cuerpo, por fin, hizo caso! Mandé un mensaje al gerente diciendo que me sentía enfermo (¡y era verdad!). Dormí una hora extra y, gracias a Dios, la fiebre (la calentura) se me quitó llegando la tarde. ¡Esa fue mi victoria matutina! 🛡️ 🌙 Noche: La Sala es el Gimnasio y la Batalla Estática Llegué a casa del trabajo agotado, pero la disciplina llama. Antes de cualquier cosa, ¡la activación es en la sala de la casa! 🛋️ * Circuito de Tierra (30 min): Hice mi circuito de piernas y abdomen de 30 minutos . Comencé con 30 sentadillas, el combo de patadas para el glúteo (Donkey Kick, Fire Hydrant, Straight Leg Glute Kickback), el minuto de Plancha Lean, Glute Bridge y, finalmente, las abdominales (altas, medias) y Calf Raise. ¡Treinta minutos de fuego para encender el cuerpo! 🔥 Después de ese circuito, tuve que esperar a que bajara un poco la lluvia ☔️ y luego fui al parque para la parte de skill y estáticos. * Statics (El Despertar Lento): * Full Planche Neutra: Logré 2 estáticas de 1 segundo con buena postura, pero la fatiga se sentía. Luego hice una subida lenta de 3 segundos sin estática, con caída lenta (RIR 0, RIC 0/1). * Touch Front Lever: Intenté el Touch Front Lever, pero ni marqué bien ni aguanté. Bajé casi de golpe a un Front Lever Prona mal ejecutado con brazos pegados (RIR 0, RIC 0/2). * Flexiones a Mitad de Camino: Intenté 3 series de 3 flexiones de Straddle Planche. * La Primera Repetición: ¡La primera repetición de cada serie salió bien! Bajé con el cuerpo recto y los brazos a un ángulo de 90 grados, ¡una belleza! * Las Otras Dos: Las dos siguientes se caían a pedazos: ángulo de 45 grados, piernas flexionadas, y desplome total. Me di cuenta de que tenía que hacerlas de lado, extendiendo el brazo para compensar. La última serie fue un poco mejor, ¡sentí que bajé un toque más! (RIR 0, RIC 0/3). * Última Batalla del Front Lever: Volví al Touch Front Lever. * El primer intento fue igual de fatal. * El segundo intento fue diferente: Extendí más las piernas y no me desplomé al instante, aunque mi postura estaba inclinada. ¡Aguanté un poco más! (RIR 0, RIC 0/1). * El tercer intento fue menos eficiente. Y eso fue todo. No me dio tiempo para seguir entrenando, pero logré vencer el sueño y la pereza. ¡El entrenamiento "dormido" se logró! ¡A recargar para mañana! ✨
Hey Hive people! We're back with the daily workout reports 😴💪 Hive people! Today the battle wasn't just against gravity, but against the biological need for rest. My body woke up super early, almost unconscious, and when I realized it was automatically getting ready to train... I stopped it dead in its tracks! It was an epic internal negotiation 🤝. The Art of Negotiation and Strategic Victory 🩺 I signaled to my brain that my body was burning up, my nose was irritated 🤧, that I was sore from training in those same conditions the night before, and that today I needed some energy for work. My body finally listened! I texted the manager saying I was feeling sick (and it was true!). I slept an extra hour and, thank God, the fever broke by late afternoon. That was my morning victory! 🛡️ 🌙 Night: The Living Room is the Gym and the Static Battle I arrived home from work exhausted, but discipline calls. Before anything else, the activation is in the living room! 🛋️ * Ground Circuit (30 min): I did my 30-minute leg and ab circuit. I started with 30 squats, the glute kick combo (Donkey Kick, Fire Hydrant, Straight Leg Glute Kickback), the minute of Lean Plank, Glute Bridge, and finally, the crunches (high, medium) and Calf Raise. Thirty minutes of fire to ignite the body! 🔥 After that circuit, I had to wait for the rain to let up a bit ☔️ and then I went to the park for the skill and static drills. * * Statics (The Slow Awakening): * Neutral Full Planche: I managed two 1-second static holds with good form, but fatigue was setting in. Then I did a slow 3-second push-up without holding the static position, with a slow descent (RIR 0, RIC 0/1). * Touch Front Lever: I attempted the Touch Front Lever, but I couldn't get a good hold or maintain it. I dropped almost immediately into a poorly executed Prone Front Lever with my arms glued to my sides (RIR 0, RIC 0/2). * Halfway Push-ups: I attempted 3 sets of 3 Straddle Planche push-ups. * The First Rep: The first rep of each set went well! I lowered myself with my body straight and my arms at a 90-degree angle—beautiful! * The Next Two: The next two reps fell apart: 45-degree angle, bent legs, and a complete collapse. I realized I had to do them sideways, extending my arm to compensate. The last set was a little better; I felt like I lowered myself a bit more! (RIR 0, RIC 0/3). * Final Front Lever Battle: I went back to the Touch Front Lever. * The first attempt was just as disastrous. * The second attempt was different: I extended my legs further and didn't collapse instantly, even though my posture was tilted. I held on a little longer! (RIR 0, RIC 0/1). * The third attempt was less efficient. And that was it. I didn't have time to continue training, but I managed to overcome sleepiness and laziness. The "sleepy" workout was accomplished! Time to recharge for tomorrow! ✨
