¡Que hay, mi gente de Hive! Seguimos con los reportes de entrenamiento diario 🤯🤖 ¡Mi gente de Hive! Hoy fue un día de disciplina militar donde el cuerpo tuvo que funcionar en modo automático y multitasking. Me paré a entrenar muy temprano porque, como saben, ¡la constancia no negocia! ☀️ Mañana: La Precisión Robótica del Porche Mi entrenamiento matutino en el porche de casa, con mis paralelas portátiles, es sagrado. ¡Es la prueba de que el cuerpo puede ejecutar con precisión robótica! 🤖 Realicé mi rutina completa de estáticos, enfocada en la Straddle Planche (Prona, Supina y Neutra) y el Front Lever. Trabajé el mismo esquema de siempre: 3 series de 3 repeticiones, sosteniendo cada estática por 3 segundos, con un minucioso descanso de 30 segundos entre series. ¡Todo con una técnica impecable! Cerré esa sesión con las Elevaciones de Half Front Lever y los intentos de Press de Straddle Planche (Prona y Supina). En todo el entrenamiento, mantuve una protracción perfecta, buena retracción pélvica y la extensión en brazos y piernas. ¡La base es innegociable! 🧺 Tarde/Noche: El Gimnasio de la Sala y la Lavadora En la tarde, la misión fue aún más épica: ¡entrenar mientras lavaba la ropa! Puse mi tatami en la sala y, en los descansos de 3 minutos entre series, ¡iba a atender la lavadora! ¡El verdadero multitasking de un calisténico! 😂 Aquí es donde vino la acción pesada de los trucos de piso y combos: * Combos de Fuerza y Control: Ataqué mis combinaciones de Flare, Straddle Planche Windmill y Straddle Planche simple. ¡Todo salió con gran fluidez! Luego vinieron los intentos de los trucos de gimnasia: * Mortales y Backflips: Intentos de Straddle con Mortal (¡alto riesgo!) y el temido Backflip con asistencia de mano hacia atrás (una variación avanzada de gimnasia artística) y el aguante de Straddle Planche. * El Reto de la Flexión Unilateral: Intenté el combo de Flexiones en Straddle Planche con énfasis unilateral (una flexión normal, una lateral a la derecha y otra lateral a la izquierda). ¡Esta vez no pude completar ni una sola! 😭 Me desplomaba al instante en los intentos unilaterales. Es un combo que exige una coordinación y una fuerza lateral que está costando conquistar. * El Gran Final: Terminé con 3 series de un intento de Straddle Planche con Giro de 360 grados. ¡La coordinación de fuerza y rotación es un desafío! Y así fue como terminé la noche, entre Planches fallidas y ropa limpia
Hey Hive people! We're back with the daily workout reports 🤯🤖 Hive people! Today was a day of military discipline where my body had to work on autopilot and multitask. I got up to train super early because, as you know, consistency is key! ☀️ Tomorrow: The Robotic Precision of the Porch My morning workout on my porch, with my portable parallel bars, is sacred. It's proof that the body can execute with robotic precision! 🤖 I did my full static routine, focusing on the Straddle Planche (Pronated, Supine, and Neutral) and the Front Lever. I worked the same routine as always: 3 sets of 3 reps, holding each position for 3 seconds, with a meticulous 30-second rest between sets. All with impeccable technique! I finished that session with Half Front Lever Raises and attempts at Straddle Planche Presses (Pronated and Supine). Throughout the entire workout, I maintained perfect protraction, good pelvic retraction, and extension in my arms and legs. The foundation is non-negotiable! 🧺 Afternoon/Evening: The Living Room Gym and the Washing Machine In the afternoon, the mission was even more epic: training while doing laundry! I set up my mat in the living room, and during the 3-minute breaks between sets, I went to do the washing machine! True calisthenics multitasking! 😂 This is where the heavy action of floor tricks and combos came in: * Strength and Control Combos: I attacked my Flare, Straddle Planche Windmill, and simple Straddle Planche combinations. Everything flowed smoothly! Then came the attempts at gymnastic tricks: * Somersaults and Backflips: Attempts at a Straddle Planche (high risk!) and the dreaded Backflip with a back hand assist (an advanced artistic gymnastics variation), and the straddle planche hold. * The Unilateral Push-Up Challenge: I attempted the push-up combo with a unilateral emphasis (one regular push-up, one lateral push-up to the right, and one lateral push-up to the left). This time I couldn't complete a single one! 😭 I collapsed instantly during the unilateral attempts. It's a combo that demands coordination and lateral strength that I'm finding difficult to master. * The Grand Finale: I finished with 3 sets of a straddle planche attempt with a 360-degree twist. The coordination of strength and rotation is a challenge! And that's how the night ended, between failed planches and clean clothes.
