¡Que hay, mi gente de Hive! Seguimos con los reportes de entrenamiento diario 🔬🔥 ¡Mi gente de Hive! Hoy me paré a entrenar con la misma disciplina de siempre. Es el segundo día que uso la luz para engañar a mi cerebro, ¡pero funciona! El entrenamiento de hoy fue de alto contraste: precisión robótica en la mañana y caos explosivo en la noche. ☀️ Mañana: Modo Robot en el Porche Mi rutina matutina en el porche, con mis paralelas portátiles, es la base de todo. Hoy fue el día de la ejecución perfecta (RIR 0). * Trilogía Planche: Hice mis 3 series de 3 repeticiones de Straddle Planche en todas sus variantes: Prona, Supina y Neutra. Sosteniendo 3 segundos y usando la Tuck Planche para ese descanso estratégico de 30 segundos. * Front Lever y L-Sit: Apliqué la misma fórmula al Front Lever con descanso en Tuck o L-Sit. * Final Preciso: Cerré con las Elevaciones de Half Front Lever y ataques al Press de Straddle Planche (tanto prono como supino). ¡La Straddle salió bien! Aunque la Tuck Prona me hizo irme de cara (¡esos pequeños fallos me recuerdan que soy humano!), la protracción y la retracción escapular fueron impecables en todo momento. 🌙 Noche: Un Circuito Intenso y la Visita del Campeón 🏆 En la noche, me enfoqué en la base antes de los trucos. Mi circuito de piernas y core fue largo, ¡pero valió cada minuto de esfuerzo! Luego, la fiesta comenzó cuando llegó @neomar-oz con sus paralelas y la adrenalina se disparó. Intentamos Full Planche en el suelo, pero la fatiga hizo de las suyas: postura fea, brazos flexionados, y a veces, una "ñull Planche" (nefasta, ¡como la siento yo!). ¡Hoy fue un festival de desplomes y caídas! 😅 Pero no todo fue caída: * Flexiones Específicas: Logré hacer mis 3 series de 3 flexiones (una isométrica y dos unilaterales) con RIR 0 y RIC 2/3. ¡Casi perfectas! * El Reto Hefesto: Intentos de Hefesto básico y los intentos de bajada desde Back Lever. Probé aperturas a tres manos y media y a tres manos (¡pura fuerza de agarre!). * La Entrada del Ángel: Intenté el Open Hefesto con la entrada de Ángel, pero solo pude caer. ¡Esos trucos aéreos son un reto! 💥 Los Combos Dinámicos y el Misterio La noche cerró con los combos. Mi primer combo (que incluía Front Lever, giro de 360 grados, Muscle Up, giro de Tornado de 360 grados, Muscle Up, Straddle Prono, Hefesto Básico y Front Lever de nuevo) fue un éxito hasta el final, donde mi intento de Full Prona ¡no quiso marcarse! Luego, vinieron los ataques a los combos específicos: * Doble 360: Intenté un combo con el famoso doble giro de 360 grados. Desafortunadamente, no logré pasar del segundo truco. * Giro y Planche: Ataqué el combo de Straddle Planche Prona de 3 segundos con dos giros de 540 grados, ¡pero esta vez fallé en el primer 540!
Hey Hive people! We're back with the daily training reports 🔬🔥 Hive people! Today I got up to train with my usual discipline. It's the second day I've used the light to trick my brain, but it works! Today's workout was high contrast: robotic precision in the morning and explosive chaos at night. ☀️ Morning: Robot Mode on the Porch My morning routine on the porch, with my portable parallel bars, is the foundation of everything. Today was the day of perfect execution (RIR 0). * Planche Trilogy: I did my 3 sets of 3 reps of Straddle Planche in all its variations: Pronated, Supine, and Neutral. Holding for 3 seconds and using the Tuck Planche for that strategic 30-second rest. * Front Lever and L-Sit: I applied the same formula to the Front Lever with a rest in either a Tuck or L-Sit. * Precise Finish: I finished with Half Front Lever Lifts and attacks on the Straddle Planche Press (both prone and supine). The Straddle went well! Although the Pronated Tuck made me fall face-first (those little mistakes remind me I'm human!), the scapular protraction and retraction were flawless throughout. 🌙 Night: An Intense Circuit and a Visit from the Champion 🏆 At night, I focused on the basics before the tricks. My leg and core circuit was long, but it was worth every minute of effort! Then, the party started when @neomar-oz arrived with his parallel bars and the adrenaline kicked in. We tried a Full Planche on the floor, but fatigue took its toll: bad posture, bent arms, and sometimes, a "null Planche" (awful, as I feel it!). Today was a festival of collapses and falls! 😅 But it wasn't all downhill: * Targeted Push-ups: I managed to do my 3 sets of 3 push-ups (one isometric and two unilateral) with RIR 0 and RIC 2/3. Almost perfect! * The Hefesto Challenge: Attempts at the basic Hefesto and attempts at lowering from a back lever. I tried three-and-a-half-handed and three-handed openings (pure grip strength!). * The Angel Entrance: I tried the Hefesto Open with the Angel Entrance, but I just kept falling. Those aerial tricks are a challenge! 💥 Dynamic Combos and the Mystery The night ended with combos. My first combo (which included a Front Lever, 360-degree spin, Muscle Up, 360-degree Tornado spin, Muscle Up, Prone Straddle, Basic Hefesto, and another Front Lever) was a success until the very end, where my attempt at a Full Prone wouldn't register! Then came the attacks on specific combos: * Double 360: I tried a combo with the famous double 360-degree spin. Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the second trick. * Spin and Planche: I attacked the 3-second Prone Straddle Planche combo with two 540-degree spins, but this time I missed the first 540!
