Today l harvest some cassava from my garden, so think of something to make as snacks for myself and my family because that they will love, so l think of making the delicious and crunchy snacks.
Ingredients
- Five pieces of cassava
- Half bottle of red oil
- salt to taste
- Fresh pepper
Procedure
- Peel the cassava peels off
- Grate the cassava to paste
- Add the grinded fresh pepper and onion
- mixed to the cassava paste
*make to ball shapes ready to fry
*Pour red oil to frying pan to heat
*Add all the shaped cassava balls to fry till golden brown
- Ready to be consumed
