# ¿Salida time?
Ayer tenia planificado de forma espontánea una salida con mi amigo Anthony (Que tenia mucho tiempo sin ver) nos reunimos porque debíamos hacer un video promocional para una comunidad.
Entonces fue una mañana realmente divertida, en la que grabamos muchas tomas chistosas. Al terminar fuimos a disfrutar por un helado y ponernos al tanto de chisme.
Fue una mañana que sin duda necesitaba, el estar en el parque las guarichas, rodeada de naturaleza me gusta mucho y me llena de mucho confort. Salir también me ayuda a caminar (Cosa que no hago mucho) y hablar con personas también me ayuda a distraerme del estrés.
# Outing time?
Yesterday I had spontaneously planned an outing with my friend Anthony (who I hadn't seen for a long time). We got together because we had to make a promotional video for a community.
So it was a really fun morning, in which we recorded many funny shots. At the end we went to enjoy some ice cream and catch up on gossip.
It was a morning that I definitely needed, being in the guarichas park, surrounded by nature I really like and it fills me with a lot of comfort. Going out also helps me to walk (which I don't do much) and talking to people also helps me to distract myself from stress.
