Hey guys!
I prepared something special for you today as I recently visited an amazing cultural event that is known as MerkadoFest and it´s actually the biggest festival of Latino culture in the country. The festival promotes the Latino culture through traditional Latin American Markets, musical and dance performances, workshops etc. The festival also cooperates with universities, embassies and various non profit organizations to make lectures and presentations on a variety of social, cultural, political an environmental topics. The festival takes place on "Namesti Jiriho z Podebrad" (which means Jiri z Podebrad´s Square) near the Prague center and it´s a really fun to way to learn something about the Latino culture. After spending several years in Latin America myself, I´m a huge fan of everything Latino so I really enjoyed this festival 🙂 Here are some pictures that I took there.
