Cole, a mysterious assassin in a strange suit and a hat that obscured his face, appeared to help us, awakening a mystery I must later unravel about this new character who joins our ranks of the Inquisition.
Finally, I had entered the very heart of this demon's power, who was attempting once more to breach the veil in the sky. Just as I arrived in the chamber, the abominable creature appeared with a completely alien face. At that moment, Cole began to speak strange words, mentioning that he too was a human who had been influenced by the words of a demon, since the mutated body belonged to the leader of the Templars, a man who demonstrated unwavering faith. Knowing that such a "pure" being had been corrupted by the evil of a demon, his followers felt frustrated by such a sudden change. But that wasn't responsible for his transformation; rather, it was the power of the Red Lily and humanity's desire to acquire more power than it already possessed.
The battle begins, and my entire team is ready for the fight. Cole joins us as an extra character to face the creature, but one of its most powerful abilities is its desperate scream, capable of creating a shockwave that stuns everyone around it. Although its movements are slow due to the pain it feels at not being able to do what it had planned, we all faced the creature.
Its magic was very powerful, though a bit strange. Its powers are derived from fire, but it also possesses a rare ability that weakens my companions, as it absorbs the life force of one of them.
The combat zone was quite large, and the red lily was taking over. The lily is like a disease, consuming and spreading everywhere it goes, and it's incredible how far it has managed to reach.
Another of this creature's greatest strengths is its ability to transform into anything. So, no matter what it takes, the important thing is to finish it off as quickly as possible. With a skilled warrior in our party, we can face anyone. Additionally, Cole can't be left out, as his attacks are just as powerful as Cassandra's.
Finally, after defeating this creature, the Templars, who had been resting after using all their power to break the demonic barrier, came out to meet us and witness our great victory. Although the Templars didn't dismiss the evil they had committed due to a leader who was easily corrupted by his lust for power, I forgave them nonetheless and ordered them to join our ranks so we could fulfill our destiny of closing the great rift in the veil that lies in the sky.
Some members of my team, like Solas, disagreed with my decision, since the Templars had always been against mages. Even so, I am a mage myself, and I know the mistake they made, and their worst punishment is to help us on this journey.
After all the chaos that had occurred, we went to the war table to plan our next move against the demons, and this time, it is to finish closing the great breach of the veil, now it is more weakened by the vast majority that we have closed, so the moment has arrived, but Cole feels a bad feeling about this and warns us.
