Previously, I had found myself in a new area of Ferelden, right where the entrance to the dwarven island is by boat, but I wanted to explore these places before continuing my adventure in Dragon Age Inquisition.
So, I hadn't yet revealed the part where I freed the soldiers imprisoned by the bandits in the area. After heading there and rescuing them, I continued my journey through the new area I mentioned earlier.
Let's see what kind of landscapes and moments I experienced in this amazing video game.
When I finally reached the great castle where the bandits had imprisoned the Inquisition soldiers, I wanted to take some shots from different angles of how imposing it looked. Although we rushed in here because of the horde of undead that were chasing us, I quickly went upstairs to pull the lever to close the iron door, so I could calmly confront the kidnappers.
We closed the door and defeated the guards protecting the lever, who were actually some archers who were attacking us from afar as we approached the walls of the ruined castle.
The strangest thing about sawing through the great iron gate was that as I closed the first gate, the other one at the back opened, so that's the only way forward, and something tells me we're in for a bit of a fight.
We confronted some guards who were just beyond the wall. After defeating them, I found myself at the grand entrance of the ruined castle. In the distance, I could see the leader of these kidnappers, although something tells me he's a warrior, given his burly appearance.
When we arrived at the scene, the kidnappers' leader immediately charged at us using his massive warhammer. His blows were quite strong and he was very resilient, so I had to find a way to stay away from him to avoid his direct attacks. Luckily, warriors are weak to magic.
I also used tactical mode to experiment with some screenshots, such as one of the archers defending their leader. In this case, I'm talking about the bad guys, who were attacking me from afar, but I focused on attacking them first.
I also captured another moment where my character was seen using her Fire Wall magic to incinerate the enemy leader.
After defeating the leader of the kidnappers, I continued my way to where the Inquisition soldiers were being held prisoner, where everyone was safe and sound. I talked to them to show them the way, and they headed to the nearest shelter to rest and then continue on their way.
Upon leaving, I met the soldier whom the leader of the kidnappers had banished to die at the hands of the undead. I spoke with him and convinced him to join the Inquisition. They both signed the oath of allegiance to the Inquisition.
After that, I noticed that all the men were at the Inquisition camp, training, and I could already see the multitude of soldiers we have at our disposal.
