 He podido experimentar algún enganche, ese vínculo que se puede desarrollar hasta en la distancia con algunas personas. Ese enlace me ha ayudado a aprender, también a avanzar logrando alcanzar muchos objetivos y lograr algunas metas, pero lo más importante es lograr tener motivación para valorar a otras personas. Cada tema compartido por la comunidad #empowertalent semanal me lleva a realizar una introspección para darme cuenta del ser humano que soy, espero que muchos puedan aprovechar estos temas para seguir desarrollando su sentido de pertenencia, también que puedan seguir avanzando en la vida con herramientas que ayuden a entender qué estamos haciendo en este mundo. Asimismo, puedo decir que he podido acoplarme a situaciones donde se han dado uniones que no llegar a feliz término. Puedo recordar nexos familiares que me ayudaron a crecer y desarrollarme en un ambiente solitario, luego llegar a acoplarme con personas que eran compañía momentánea. En otra etapa de mi vida pude experimentar enlaces que me llevaron a entender que este mundo no se mueve por lo que podemos llegar a sentir. Este mundo donde pude tener conexiones sólidas me hizo entender que es mejor estar solo que mal acompañado en algunos escenarios. Pude entender lo importante de la buena conexión que debemos tener con nosotros en primer lugar. He podido recordar algunos eventos en conversatorios, donde pude obtener conocimientos para lograr evolucionar, tener ese ímpetu de formarme, pensando un poco me conecté con la mano motivadora, era una dinámica muy valiosa, mirar nuestra mano y entender lo que cada dedo nos puede motivar, fue una grata experiencia. Muchos preguntaban al facilitador que como hacía una persona sin manos, el facilitador contestaba que lo iban a realizar con los dedos de los pies, y si no tenían pies que se usaría la imaginación. En mi niñez mi mejor conexión fue con mi abuela, en la adolescencia algunas amistades, al ir a la etapa adulta mis hijos. Mis maestros también fueron de gran ayuda. Ya llegará el día que tenga que agradecer a algunos amigos de esta bella plataforma que han sido conexiones muy valiosas. ¡Gracias a todo el gran equipo de esta valiosa conexión comunitaria! Likewise, I can say that I have been able to adapt to situations where relationships have not come to a happy conclusion. I can remember family ties that helped me grow and develop in a lonely environment, then getting involved with people who were momentary companions. At another stage in my life, I experienced connections that led me to understand that this world is not driven by what we may feel. This world, where I was able to have solid connections, made me understand that it is better to be alone than in bad company in some situations. I understood how important it is to have a good connection with ourselves first and foremost. I was able to recall some events in discussions where I gained knowledge to help me evolve and gave me the impetus to learn. Thinking about it a little, I connected with the motivating hand. It was a very valuable exercise to look at our hands and understand what each finger can motivate us to do. It was a pleasant experience. Many people asked the facilitator how a person without hands would do it, and the facilitator replied that they would use their toes, and if they didn't have toes, they would use their imagination. In my childhood, my best connection was with my grandmother. In my adolescence, it was with some friends, and as I entered adulthood, it was with my children. My teachers were also a great help.
