Pasión por la cocina 👩‍🍳 (es/en)

 ¡Hola mis queridos hivers! Hoy vengo a contarles sobre una pasión oculta 😉, algo que disfruto mucho desde la privacidad de mi hogar; quizás porque me permite extender mi "creatividad" hasta puntos desconocidos e inalcanzables para muchos...me refiero a la cocina. Confieso que pasé los primeros 28 años de mi vida sin freír ni un huevo (lujo actual, pero que en esos 28 años sobraba en la cocina cubana) y cuando hablo de no cocinar estoy siendo absoluta, no me salía ni el agua caliente 🙃. Confieso que los amigos y el amor me abrieron al mundo culinario con optimismo, probando mis dotes a sangre y fuego, hubo arroces crudos y fritas achicharradas, pollos crudos y café clarito, pero fui superando obstáculos, consultando oráculos 😄, sobre todo el de mi madre (excelente cocinera), libros de cocina y a San Google 😂 y de poco en poco las cosas fueron mejorando, y los olores y sabores mezclándose para el beneplácito de todos. >Hello my dear hivers! Admito que entrar a la cocina hoy es deporte de riesgo, pero como me gusta tanto "inventar", creo que aligero la carga, bien lo saben quienes están cerca, nunca digo esto no saldrá, me meto delantal en el pecho y listo, se come rico y seguro. Sobre todo porque no existe placer más inmenso que ver sonreír a los que amo, eso amigos míos no tiene comparación con nada y también porque como cocinera que se respeto, me gusta lo que cocino, mucho.
