La oscuridad no puede esconderse, se revela en algun lado, forma parte de nosotros porque forma parte de nuestra historia, quien dijo que hacia falta la felicidad plena para hacer florecer nuestra creatividad no cuenta con que también es necesaria esos momentos de oscuridad. De descubrirnos a nosostros mismos, negar nuestros defectos no nos hace mas grandes, no se puede tapar el sol con un dedo. Cuando a los angeles se les caen las alas se transforman... Lo viejo debe morir para que lo nuevo resurja.
Lo que mas nos cuesta es mirar dentro de nosotros mismos, porque según Froid TODOS tenemos Ego. Y reconocer nuestras partes heridas de nosotros mismos nos hace respetarnos a nosotros mismos. Y este es un espacio para el cambio profundo de la manera en como vemos las situaciones y como nos vemos a nosotros mismos, de madurar de reaccionar de una forma mas conciente, mas amorosa hacia nosotros mismos y hacia los demas porque si bien no tenemos el poder de cambiar a otros, tenemos el poder y la responsabilidad de cambiarnos a nosotros mismos.
Siempre es mas facil juzgar, para protegernos de lo que otros puedan a hacer o decir que nos duela.
