My cat came with a behaviour manual.

Hello to everyone who is part of the most charismatic pet teams. Today I wanted to tell you about my experience over the last eight months with my cat. This is the first time I have had a cat in my care; I have always had dogs, so discovering the personality of cats has led me to think that my cat follow the same feline manual, which I know is normal, but I am still surprised by certain behaviours of my cat, which I will tell you about below: ___ ___ 1. Why does my cat always come into my bathroom to cuddle with me? I think this is what has blown my mind the most. Sometimes, if he sees a millimetre of space between the door and the wall, he sticks his paw in to pull the door open and come in. Even when I'm taking a bath, he wants to stay inside and gossip. Since I've had a cat, I don't know what privacy is. ___ ___ 2. He is obsessed with scratching me when I'm not paying attention, as if I were his prey. Of course, after his mischief, he runs away as if they were handing out fried chicken. This has been challenging because it threatens me. ___ ___ 3. He is very unfriendly. When I approach him to pet him, he simply won't let me. He only wants to be petted when he wants it, precisely when I am feeding my dogs or when I am in the bathroom. ___ ___ 4. He is at war with the female dogs. When they approach him, he sharpens his claws, stands up and moves his paws like a boxer. He doesn't care how big my female dogs are, or that they are female dogs. He just scratches them over and over again and jumps to a high place in the house so they can't reach him. ___ ___ 5. He seems to think he's a baker and I'm his dough. He kneads my belly as if he were softening me up, which tickles me. 6. He has an imposing gait. He walks like he's the king of the jungle, proud and with a firm step. Several people who have seen him walk agree that he thinks he's the most dangerous. ___ ___ 7. When he sleeps, it seems as if his spirit leaves his body. Akito is a very heavy sleeper. One day, I had to wake him up, and after calling him several times, I had to pick him up because for a moment I thought he had gone to meet his maker, given how deep his sleep was. Well, perhaps you see these behaviours as everyday and normal, but I still cannot get used to all of the cat's habits. However, despite all these experiences living with him, I believe that Akito does a very good job of scaring away mice and vermin within his range, as well as being part of the family, where he is accepted but still waiting to become an adult and mature to improve our coexistence. ___ ___ Well, animal-loving friends, this has been my experience over the last eight months since I adopted Akito, and even though time passes, he seems to enjoy being king. ___ ___ What do you think about these characteristics of cats?
