My dog, my melon heart

My little puppy has been unwell these days. I know she is big but for me she will always be my puppy, this feeling is similar to that of a mother, that for them their children will always be their babies, well it is the same for me with my puppy, she is my little one, although sometimes when I admonish her for her mischief, I tell her that she is a big girl, that she should behave, she stares at me as if to say: make up your mind, am I a puppy or an adult? ___ ___ I have been with this peach heart for eight years, and yes, it seems like yesterday when I received her in the house, with her big eyes, an angry character and with the desire to break all the plants that were in her path, especially tomato plants, because she always came out tangled in bushes and with her nose full of dirt, she is still making holes in the ground like a mole, is it that she is looking for a treasure?  ___ ___ As in every pack relationship we have had good moments and others not so much, at this moment we are in the not so many, it turns out that a month ago there was a plague of ticks in the area, first time that my dog had so many on her, so I decided to save to buy medicine for her, when I went to the shop the sale price seemed to me very exaggerated, I think it was because they were buying a lot of medicine, I think it was because they were buying a lot of this type of medicine, so I decided to surf the internet to see if there was a more reasonable price and yes, it was much cheaper than in the shops where I had gone, so I bought it immediately before it ran out or they increased the price. ___ ___ It took two days for the medicine to arrive in my city, when they told me that it had arrived I went immediately to pick it up at the parcel service, I crossed my fingers that it would be effective as it was the first time I bought that brand, well, I was surprised for good medicine, in 8 hours there were no traces of the undesirable, at last I could breathe easy however, now my dog does not want to eat, I have given her various foods and she does not want any, she has already lost several kilos, my fat girl is now skinny, I am worried because she has been losing a lot of weight, I don't know if it is the after-effects of the medicine or of the animals that had lodged in her. ___ ___   ___ ___ now it is time to take her to the doctor if she doesn't improve in these days, although I don't know if it is only my dog that this is happening to her, she doesn't like to visit the doctors, and rightly so, because the first thing they always show her is an injector with a long needle, she opens her eyes so wide that I don't know how to behave at that moment, but her eyes are very communicative, maybe she will show her teeth to the doctor as if to say: don't you dare, otherwise you'll see what will happen to you. Usually my dog is good at defending herself, there are still traces of her ancestors in her genes, as she persists with her hunting and gladiator side that doesn't let anything or anyone, so I don't know what will happen to the poor doctor, hahahahaha, well, it will dawn and we will see how things go, crossing our fingers that the puppy gets better as soon as possible and it won't be necessary to take her to the vet. ___ ___ Well this has been the update of my beautiful dog, if you have any advice I would be happy to read them, I will keep you informed of the evolution later, thank you very much for reading me, see you in a next opportunity.
