Today I'm bringing you an account of everything I did yesterday, both at work and during training, through an Actifit report. So I hope you enjoy it, and without further ado, let's get on with today's report. ---  ---      Realmente fue un día bastante pesado, ya que normalmente me tuve que levantar bastante temprano para poder alistarme e ir a trabajar y realizar todas las actividades que tenía que hacer el día de ayer, el cual consistió en terminar la cocina, que estábamos pegándole cerámica y arreglando, y hacer todas las terminaciones en ese día, como lo vendría siendo la colocada de la brecha de las cerámicas, limpiar, pegar el lavaplatos y muchas otras cosas que hacían falta, como recortes de cerámica de los orillos y muchas cosas de ese estilo. After all this, I got ready and got ready to go to the park to train. ---  ---      En el parque, realicé un entrenamiento específicamente de las planchas y también metiendo ejercicios de progresiones bajas de front lever, para poder fortalecer este mismo para el siguiente día de entrenamiento, que toca bastante pesado. Realicé un entrenamiento que realmente fue bastante efectivo a pesar del cansancio y me sorprendió muchísimo el trabajo que había realizado.
