Today I bring you a brief explanation about everything I did today through an attitude report, so I hope you really like this publication and without further ado, let's get to the report. ---  ---      El día de hoy me levanté temprano como siempre para poder realizar todas mis actividades que hago normalmente en el día y comienzo como siempre trabajando, en el cual en el trabajo realicé bastantes cosas movidas como batir cemento para las columnas que se armaron y también preparar las columnas y las vigas de corona, las cuales se van a vaciar el día de mañana, todo esto para poder terminar con el trabajo que llevamos desde hace días realizando, el cual es pegar paredes de ladrillos y que quedaron de la mejor forma posible. Este tipo de trabajos es bastante pesado, pero igualmente después de esto me alisté para poder ir a entrenar. >Today I got up early as always to be able to do all my activities that I normally do during the day and I started working as always, in which at work I did quite a few busy things such as mixing cement for the columns that were assembled and also preparing the columns and crown beams, which are going to be poured tomorrow, all of this to be able to finish the work that we have been doing for days, which is gluing brick walls and which turned out in the best possible way. This type of work is quite hard, but after this I got ready to go train. ---  ---      Mis compañeros quisieron entrenar en un lugar nuevo, el cual dijeron que es mucho más bonito y servía para poder grabar videos y ese tipo de cosas. Esto yo no lo tomé mal y fuimos a entrenar y realmente nos fue bastante bien, ya que pudimos realizar la rutina como tal bajo techo e iluminados. Realicé estiramientos y un trote suave para poder activarme y después de esto empecé con el entrenamiento de plancha y Front Level. Así que después de todo esto nos alistamos y nos fuimos a la casa a poder descansar. Así que espero que les haya gustado la publicación que les traigo el día de hoy y, sin más que añadir, nos vemos en el siguiente. >My teammates wanted to train in a new place, which they said is much nicer and was good for recording videos and that kind of thing.
