So, without further ado, let's get started with today's application. ---  ---      Siempre hemos intentado tener una alta mentalidad para poder lograr todos nuestros objetivos y alcanzar esas metas soñadas que tenemos todo este tiempo. Mis compañeros y yo siempre hemos tratado de realizar entrenamientos lo mejor planificados posible, utilizando métodos los cuales pueden ayudarnos a fortalecer y siguiendo la inspiración de atletas de nivel élite. La intensidad de nuestros entrenamientos ha aumentado, la calidad de estos también ha sido bastante alta y, principalmente, todo el conocimiento que hemos adquirido nos ha fortalecido de una manera bastante efectiva para así lograr nuestras metas y ambiciones. >We've always tried to have a high-minded mindset to achieve all our goals and reach those long-held dreams. My teammates and I have always tried to keep our training as well-planned as possible, using methods that can help us strengthen and following the inspiration of elite-level athletes. The intensity of our training has increased, the quality has also been quite high, and, above all, all the knowledge we've acquired has effectively strengthened us to achieve our goals and ambitions. ---  ---      Esta forma de pensar la hemos obtenido gracias a todas las experiencias que hemos tenido, y todos mis compañeros y yo realmente deseamos llegar a ese punto en que podamos realizar cosas bastante fuertes e increíbles, todo esto teniendo en cuenta que lleva bastante tiempo y que nuestro cuerpo tiene que adaptarse a todas esas altas cargas que deseamos poder realizar algún día. Y recomiendo mucho pensar siempre positivo Y tratar de mejorar todos los ámbitos del entrenamiento para así llegar a lo que queremos.
