Today I'm here to tell you a little about my Sunday. I went to a birthday party with my colleague Omar, a friend of ours, and we spent quite a bit of time with him. So, without further ado, let's get on with today's post. ---  ---      Como mencioné, el día domingo fuimos a una fiesta que se hizo en la piscina de un amigo de Omar y de mí, en la cual agarramos y la pasamos muy divertido, tanto nadando como hablando junto a ellos, pero también, como somos calisténicos, no podrían faltar las lanzadas de los movimientos estáticos que poseemos nosotros, y logramos hacer unas buenas tomas, las cuales les muestro en esta publicación, y en general fue un día bastante bonito.Esto demuestra que la calistenia no es solamente un deporte, sino también algo que puede ayudar a la autoestima y también ayudar a que puedas obtener tu máximo rendimiento, no solo en los entrenamientos, sino también fuera de ellos, para lanzar tus habilidades. >As I mentioned, on Sunday we went to a pool party hosted by a friend of Omar and me, where we hung out and had a great time, both swimming and talking alongside them. Also, since we're calisthenicians, we couldn't miss the static movements we possess, and we managed to get some good shots, which I'm showing you in this post. Overall, it was a pretty nice day. This shows that calisthenics isn't just a sport, but also something that can help build self-esteem and help you achieve your peak performance, not only in training but also outside of it, to showcase your skills. ---  ---       Entonces, en general, fue un día bastante divertido para nosotros, en el cual disfrutamos al máximo no solo de una piscina muy bonita y unos paisajes increíbles, sino también de nuestra compañía y el poder disfrutar de la vida en cosas simples.
