Hello, Photography Lovers! Last week I went to a special coffeeshop, a coffeeshop where you can drink something and hangout with some cats. At this coffeeshop you have the choice to sit outside in the garden or inside where the cats are. The inside is basically a huge playground for cats. Along the wall and on the floor there are plenty of hiding spots and obstacles for them to play.
Luckily, I had my DSLR camera with me (nikonD3100- with 35mm lens) to take these potraits I really want to share.
The coffeeshop had really pleasant lighting conditions to take portraits. There were big windows on both sides which let in soft light.
With these two photos I remember I put my hand above my camera, in the hope that the cat would pay attention to me and look up at the camera. I don’t know if this is a female or male cat but his or her expression feels very soft and humble. This cat just melts my heart…
Suddenly, I saw that one of the cats was giving kisses to another cat. Quickly I snapped some shots. The cat on the right looks like she or he (I think she) doesn't seemed to be bothered hehe...
For all the shots I used a wide F stop, because personally I like to blur out the background as much as possible.
I think this cat is just enjoying his meal, however when I look at this picture I see ''Jealousy''.
This sweetheart is just too pretty in my opinion. The honey colored eyes with the soft brown fur create alot of contrast in the photo...
I have to end this series of cat photos with another photo of this cat. I have no words for this cat's expression. Just priceless... Which cat stole your heart ? 😁 😍
