Lo rico que es disfrutar de un buen postre y una amena conversación, no compite con ninguna otra cosa. 😋😍 Por eso hoy les quiero contar mi experiencia con parte de los postres de la cafetería Amarelo Café, un lugar que se ha convertido en mi refugio en el último mes y el cual estoy encantada de compartir con todos ustedes. 🫶🏽 En este local venden muchísimas cosas, desde café hasta postres en hojaldre o ricos pasteles, también helados, té, jugos naturales y cualquier tipo de desayuno en hojaldre como por ejemplo tartas de pollo. Creo que no terminaría de decirles todo lo que venden acá porque son muchas cosas que es verdaderamente difícil recordarlas, sin embargo algo que tenía mucho tiempo queriendo probar eran sus fresas con crema y no me equivoqué con ellas. 😍 >How delicious it is to enjoy a good dessert and a pleasant conversation, does not compete with anything else. 😋😍 That's why today I want to tell you about my experience with some of the desserts at Amarelo Café, a place that has become my refuge in the last month and which I am delighted to share with all of you. 🫶🏽 >In this place they sell a lot of things, from coffee to puff pastry desserts or rich cakes, also ice cream, tea, natural juices and any kind of breakfast in puff pastry such as chicken pies. I think I would not finish telling you everything they sell here because there are so many things that it is really difficult to remember them, however something I had long wanted to try were their strawberries with cream and I was not wrong with them. 😍   Soy fan de la crema, no soy muy amante de las fresas en si mismas pero, la combinación de crema y fresas me parece fenomenal siempre que la crema esté en el punto ideal y las fresas crujientes como me gustan, así que tenía mucha curiosidad de probar este postre en Amarelo y lo logré, hoy mismo lo hice. 🤭 Les diré que las fresas estaban exquisitas, la crema estaba muy firme pero a la vez no se sentía pesada en lo absoluto, tenía un pequeño toque de leche condensada que me encantó y la textura de la fresa era la ideal ya que no me agrada comer este tipo de postres cuando la fresa está muy madura y se siente muy aguada o como una papilla jajaja, así que en ese aspecto todo estaba muy bien aparte de que la fruta era muy fresca. >I'm a fan of cream, I'm not very fond of strawberries themselves but, the combination of cream and strawberries seems phenomenal to me as long as the cream is at the ideal point and the strawberries crunchy as I like, so I was very curious to try this dessert in Amarelo and I made it, today I did it. 🤭 >I will tell you that the strawberries were exquisite, the cream was very firm but at the same time it didn't feel heavy at all, it had a little touch of condensed milk that I loved and the texture of the strawberry was ideal since I don't like to eat this kind of desserts when the strawberry is very ripe and feels very watery or like mush hahaha, so in that aspect everything was very good besides the fruit was very fresh.  Por otra parte, mi compañero eligió un pie de piña, la piña es mi fruta favorita, y aunque ya en una oportunidad pasada habíamos probado el pie de manzana si tenía curiosidad por este otro así que aproveche de probarlo también, y debo decir que no me gustó tanto como esperaba, cabe destacar que al parecer estaba recién horneado ya que se sentía algo tibio, no sé si esto afectó un poco el sabor y la calidad de la masa ya que el hojaldre no se apreciaba tan crujiente como estás veces, pero la verdad no tenía mal sabor en lo absoluto. 🙌🏽 Para digerir todo esto tomamos luego un poco de agua jajaja, pero el precio de ambos postres fue de 3.5$ (muy asequible a mi parecer teniendo en cuenta la calidad) y algo que amo de este local es la tranquilidad, es un espacio donde puedes ir a sentarte y hablar por horas sin que nadie te moleste aún cuando ya no estás consumiendo nada. Por otro lado, tiene un gran vista de la ciudad que hace que no quieras irte y quedarte viendo, la atención es muy buena y los precios hasta el momento los considero adecuados. ¿Tu ya tienes un lugar favorito para degustar postres? >On the other hand, my partner chose a pineapple pie, pineapple is my favorite fruit, and although we had already tried the apple pie once before, I was curious about this one so I took the opportunity to try it too, and I must say that I did not like it as much as I expected, it should be noted that it was apparently freshly baked because it felt a little warm, I do not know if this affected the flavor and quality of the dough because the puff pastry was not as crispy as you are sometimes, but the truth is that it did not taste bad at all. 🙌🏽 >To digest all this we then drank some water hahaha, but the price of both desserts was 3.5$ (very affordable in my opinion considering the quality) and something I love about this place is the tranquility, it is a space where you can go to sit and talk for hours without anyone bothering you even when you are no longer consuming anything. On the other hand, it has a great view of the city that makes you not want to leave and stay watching, the service is very good and the prices so far I consider them adequate.
