Overview
Today I brought a Wild Ranked battle, where I had few interesting rulesets, which I always like (especially in this combination) and on top of that the mana cap was super high, which allowed me to pick any monster and strategy that I would like to use. ๐
My upcoming Battle ruleset(s)
Ruleset | Description |
---|---|
Deflection Field | All monsters have the Deflect ability. |
Equal Opportunity | All monsters have the Opportunity ability. |
Reverse Speed | Monsters with the lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks. |
My lineup
|Octavia Shadowmeld is a special Death Summoner, because she will decrease the health to all of her enemies by one, but most importantly she is able to bring one additional Gladiator monster into this battle, which is pretty insane. ๐| |The Dumacke Orc stats wise is not the strongest on the battlefield, but he has quite a lot of armor and more importantly the Shield ability, which will halves all the incoming melee and ranged attacks that targets him. He also has the Retaliate ability, so whenever a melee attack monster attacks him he will have 50% chance to get a free attack agains them. ๐|
|I picked the Harklaw who is my favorite tank in the game, because he has amazing abilities. The first and most important is his Shield ability, so he will halves all the incoming melee and ranged attacks and that is why he is my main tank. The second is his Immunity ability, so no one can affect him with any magic debuffs and the third is the Demoralize, which he gets on his level three and it means that he will decrease the melee attack of all the enemy monsters by one. ๐| |The Disintegrator is an essential part of my team, because apart from his two melee attack damage he will be able to attack from the middle of my backline thanks to his Opportunity, but I used him, because he has the Demoralize ability as well like my Harklaw, which will further decrease the melee attack of the enemy monsters. ๐|
|Trapp Falloway was the whole reason I picked Octavia for this battle. His defense is quite weak that is a fact especially if you use him in the first position, but as a melee attacker in the Equal Opportunity ruleset he is just too perfect not to use. He has huge amount of damage and speed and on top of that he has the Bloodlust ability as a Gladiator monster, which means that if he manages to kill his target he will increase his own stat by one permanently. ๐| |The Drybone Raider is an excellent choice for this battle, because on its own he has two melee and two ranged attack and he can use tha easily as well from anywhere on the battlefield. On top of that he has the Double Strike ability as well, which means that he will attack twice with his attacks making it to a total of four attack in every round. ๐|
|The Night Ghoul has a lot of melee attack damage and he is very slow, which is a huge advantage for me. He also has the Taunt ability, so even though all the monsters had the Opportunity ability the enemy monsters had to attack my Ghoul first, which gave a lot of time for my squisher backline to deal damage. ๐|
