Hello everyone, my name is Lorentm and I am a digital artist. Welcome to my art blog! Today I feel especially excited to share with you a new artwork that I created with so much love and inspiration. This piece is a fan art based on characters from @holozing, and for this particular drawing, I decided to bring together Drazing, the dragon, and the female light healer, but with a fun twist.
As I was working on this artwork, I felt a wave of nostalgia, because my inspiration came directly from the movie Lilo and Stitch. That unique bond of friendship and joy they share reminded me of how characters can transcend their stories and create unforgettable moments.
The female light healer has always fascinated me with her warmth and radiant aura. She represents kindness, healing, and light, and in this artwork, I wanted to capture that side of her, but with a more playful and cheerful approach. Drazing, the dragon, on the other hand, carries strength and presence, but here I chose to show him in a more lighthearted version, dancing happily.
I also want to give a warm thank you to @acidyo and @holozing for continuously supporting my work. Their encouragement always motivates me to create more and share it with this wonderful community.

> Mientras trabajaba en esta obra sentí una gran nostalgia, porque mi inspiración vino directamente de la película Lilo y Stitch. Ese lazo único de amistad y alegría que comparten me recordó cómo los personajes pueden trascender sus historias y crear momentos inolvidables.
> La sanadora de luz femenina siempre me ha fascinado por su calidez y su aura radiante. Ella representa bondad, sanación y luz, y en este arte quise mostrar ese lado, pero con un enfoque más juguetón y alegre. Drazing, el dragón, por otro lado, transmite fuerza y presencia, pero aquí elegí representarlo en una versión más ligera, bailando con felicidad.

In this drawing, I wanted to create a fun tropical scene where both characters could shine in a different way. The female light healer wears a green top and a skirt made of leaves, decorated with orange hibiscus flowers that highlight her vibrant and cheerful side. Her long hair flows with natural grace, adorned with a flower crown that enhances her magical presence.
Drazing, the dragon, appears here in a charming and adorable version. Instead of showing his usual powerful and imposing form, he wears a leaf skirt that matches the healer’s outfit, bringing a playful energy to the scene. His expression is full of joy, as if he’s completely lost in the rhythm of a dance.
The scene itself is set on a sunny beach, with the ocean waves and palm trees creating a perfect background to convey warmth and fun. My idea was to recreate that iconic moment from Lilo and Stitch, but with the unique touch of holozing’s characters, blending nostalgia with originality.
> En este dibujo quise crear una divertida escena tropical donde ambos personajes pudieran brillar de una manera diferente. La sanadora de luz femenina lleva un top verde y una falda hecha de hojas, adornada con flores de hibisco naranjas que resaltan su lado vibrante y alegre. Su largo cabello fluye con gracia natural, coronado por flores que realzan su presencia mágica.
> Drazing, el dragón, aparece aquí en una versión encantadora y adorable. En lugar de mostrar su forma habitual poderosa e imponente, lleva una falda de hojas que combina con el atuendo de la sanadora, aportando una energía juguetona a la escena. Su expresión está llena de alegría, como si estuviera completamente entregado al ritmo de un baile.
> La escena en sí transcurre en una playa soleada, con las olas del mar y palmeras que crean un fondo perfecto para transmitir calidez y diversión. Mi idea fue recrear ese momento icónico de Lilo y Stitch, pero con el toque único de los personajes de holozing, mezclando nostalgia con originalidad.

The first stage of my creation was the sketch. I carefully outlined the poses, trying to capture the dynamic movement of the dance and the joyful expressions on their faces. At this point, everything was still rough and simple, but it allowed me to set the base for the atmosphere I wanted to create.
Then came the line art. With more precise strokes, I gave definition to the characters. This part always excites me because I can see how the characters begin to come to life. Every curve of the hair, every detail of the clothing, and every little expression started to shine with more clarity.
Once the line art was ready, I moved on to coloring. I chose a bright and vibrant palette that could convey the energy of a tropical dance. The green leaves, the orange flowers, and the warm tones of the beach helped build the cheerful mood of the piece.
After that, I added shadows. This step gave depth and volume to the characters, making them feel more real and three-dimensional. The way light interacts with their hair, skin, and outfits enhanced the tropical vibe of the scene.
Next came the highlights. With small touches of brightness on the hair, eyes, and even the leaves, I brought a sparkle that gave vitality and life to the artwork. These details always make me smile because they feel like the finishing touch of magic.
Finally, I created the background. I painted the beach, the palm trees, and the ocean, making sure they complemented the characters without stealing the spotlight. The background tied everything together and reinforced the fun and warm atmosphere I wanted to express.
> La primera etapa de mi creación fue el boceto. Dibujé con cuidado las poses, intentando captar el movimiento dinámico del baile y las expresiones alegres en sus rostros. En este punto todo era aún simple y básico, pero me permitió establecer la base de la atmósfera que quería crear.
> Luego vino el delineado. Con trazos más precisos, fui dándole definición a los personajes. Esta parte siempre me emociona porque puedo ver cómo los personajes comienzan a cobrar vida. Cada curva del cabello, cada detalle de la ropa y cada pequeña expresión empezaron a brillar con más claridad.
> Una vez que el delineado estuvo listo, pasé al coloreado. Elegí una paleta brillante y vibrante que pudiera transmitir la energía de un baile tropical. El verde de las hojas, el naranja de las flores y los tonos cálidos de la playa ayudaron a construir la atmósfera alegre de la obra.
> Después añadí las sombras. Este paso le dio profundidad y volumen a los personajes, haciendo que se sintieran más reales y tridimensionales. La manera en que la luz interactúa con su cabello, piel y vestimenta reforzó la vibra tropical de la escena.
> Luego llegaron los brillos. Con pequeños toques de luminosidad en el cabello, los ojos e incluso en las hojas, aporté un destello que dio vitalidad y vida al arte. Estos detalles siempre me hacen sonreír porque se sienten como la chispa final de magia.
> Finalmente, trabajé en el fondo. Pinté la playa, las palmeras y el océano, asegurándome de que complementaran a los personajes sin robarles protagonismo. El fondo unió todos los elementos y reforzó la atmósfera cálida y divertida que quería expresar.

Creating this artwork was a joyful experience from beginning to end. I loved reimagining Drazing and the female light healer in such a fun and playful way, inspired by the warmth of Lilo and Stitch’s spirit.

* Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
