Hello everyone, my name is Lorentm and I’m very happy to welcome you again to my art blog. This time I want to share with you a fan art I created based on one of the characters from @holozing. I feel so excited to bring this illustration to the community, because every new piece is both a personal challenge and a way to connect with those who love this universe as much as I do.
For this post, I decided to work on the female ocean Healer, but I wanted to reimagine her in my current collection where I mix healers with the western aesthetic. This fusion allows me to explore new sides of the characters, giving them a unique identity that blends magic with the strength of the wild frontier.
The role I gave her is that of a messenger and elite rider, someone who travels across vast deserts carrying secrets from one village to another. Her story speaks of determination, speed, and mystery. No one can catch her, and that sense of freedom is something I tried to capture in her expression and posture.
This is actually the third character I’ve brought to life in this collection. Each one feels like a new step in a larger narrative, and I truly enjoyed the process of imagining how a healer would look if she belonged to the wild west. I hope you enjoy this character as much as I enjoyed drawing her.

En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes un fan art que realicé inspirado en uno de los personajes de @holozing. Me emociona mucho traer esta ilustración a la comunidad, porque cada nueva obra es tanto un reto personal como una forma de conectar con quienes aman este universo tanto como yo.
> Para este post decidí trabajar en la sanadora del océano, pero quise reimaginarla dentro de mi colección actual, donde mezclo a los sanadores con la estética western. Esta fusión me permite explorar nuevas facetas de los personajes, dándoles una identidad única que une la magia con la fuerza de la frontera salvaje.
> El rol que le di es el de mensajera y jinete de élite, alguien que recorre vastos desiertos llevando secretos de un pueblo a otro. Su historia habla de determinación, velocidad y misterio. Nadie puede alcanzarla, y esa sensación de libertad es algo que intenté capturar en su expresión y en su postura.
> Este es en realidad el tercer personaje que traigo a la vida dentro de esta colección. Cada uno se siente como un nuevo paso en una narrativa más grande, y disfruté mucho el proceso de imaginar cómo se vería una sanadora si perteneciera al lejano oeste. Espero que disfruten de este personaje tanto como yo disfruté al dibujarlo.
Her look begins with a wide, light-colored cowboy hat that frames her face and sets the tone of her role as a western rider. Her turquoise hair flows with a soft yet determined style, giving her both a mystical and adventurous aura. Her eyes, sharp and expressive, carry the weight of secrets that she must guard during her journeys.
She wears a leather jacket that symbolizes resilience and practicality, while still carrying elegance in its design. On her shoulder rests a satchel, the container of the messages she carries across deserts. Her belt and gloves make her ready for any situation, reinforcing her role as an elite rider.
The horse she rides is not just a companion but an extension of her identity. Together they become unstoppable in the endless desert plains, always moving forward, always one step ahead of anyone who dares to follow.
> Su aspecto comienza con un sombrero vaquero claro y de ala ancha que enmarca su rostro y define desde el inicio su rol de jinete western. Su cabello turquesa fluye con un estilo suave pero firme, dándole un aura tanto mística como aventurera. Sus ojos, intensos y expresivos, cargan con el peso de los secretos que debe resguardar en sus viajes.
> Viste una chaqueta de cuero que simboliza resistencia y practicidad, sin dejar de lado la elegancia en su diseño. En su hombro descansa una bandolera, el recipiente de los mensajes que transporta a través de los desiertos. Su cinturón y sus guantes la preparan para cualquier situación, reforzando su papel como jinete de élite.
> El caballo que monta no es solo un compañero, sino una extensión de su identidad. Juntos se vuelven imparables en las infinitas llanuras desérticas, siempre avanzando, siempre un paso adelante de quienes se atrevan a seguirles.

I started with a sketch to capture the overall composition and energy of the piece. At this stage, I focused on her posture as a rider and the atmosphere of a vast desert setting. It’s always the moment where ideas take their first shape, and I tried to express her determination right from the start.
The next stage was outlining. Here I refined her silhouette, giving clarity to her clothing, accessories, and facial expression. Every stroke was meant to make her personality stronger and set the base for the rest of the artwork.
Then I moved into coloring. I selected earthy tones for her outfit to integrate her into the desert landscape, but I kept her hair bright and full of contrast to make her healer essence shine through. This mix of colors gave balance to her design.
After that, I applied shading. The folds in her jacket, the brim of her hat, and the horse’s features all gained volume and presence thanks to carefully placed shadows. This stage brought depth and realism to the illustration.
Adding highlights was the moment where life came in. The glow in her eyes, the shine on the leather jacket, and the sparkle on her hair strands gave her a vibrant and almost tangible presence.
Finally, I dedicated time to the background. The desert, with its monumental rock formations and golden skies, became the stage that framed the story. It created the perfect context for a healer who crosses lands carrying secrets no one else can deliver.
> Empecé con un boceto para captar la composición general y la energía de la obra. En esta etapa me concentré en su postura como jinete y en la atmósfera de un vasto paisaje desértico. Siempre es el momento en el que las ideas toman su primera forma, y traté de expresar su determinación desde el inicio.
> La siguiente etapa fue el delineado. Allí afiné su silueta, dando claridad a su vestimenta, accesorios y expresión facial. Cada trazo buscaba reforzar su personalidad y sentar la base para el resto de la ilustración.
> Luego pasé al coloreado. Seleccioné tonos terrosos para su atuendo, de manera que se integrara al paisaje desértico, pero mantuve su cabello brillante y lleno de contraste para que su esencia de sanadora resaltara. Esta mezcla de colores dio equilibrio a su diseño.
> Después apliqué las sombras. Los pliegues de la chaqueta, la visera del sombrero y las facciones del caballo ganaron volumen y presencia gracias a las sombras cuidadosamente ubicadas. Esta etapa aportó profundidad y realismo a la ilustración.
> Con los brillos llegó el momento en que la vida entró en escena. El resplandor en sus ojos, el brillo del cuero de la chaqueta y el destello en los mechones de cabello le dieron una presencia vibrante y casi tangible.
> Finalmente, me dediqué al fondo. El desierto, con sus formaciones rocosas monumentales y cielos dorados, se convirtió en el escenario que enmarca la historia. Creó el contexto perfecto para una sanadora que cruza tierras llevando secretos que nadie más puede entregar.
