Hola que tal se encuentran mis Queridos Amigos de la fabulosa comunidad de #dailyblog. Espero que se encuentren super bien! Como siempre es un placer compartir y disfrutar junto a esta estupenda plataforma de #hiveblog el cual tengo la dicha de formar parte de ella. Es un grato placer compartir con ustedes una linda experiencia el cual viví esta semana, después de rezar y orar todas la noches a DIOS 🙏🏻 por conseguir un trabajo para cubrir mis necesidades básicas, no era el trabajo deseado ya que he vivido esta experiencia en la calle y es agotador, canzon pero veo el lado positivo y es tener el privilegio de formar parte una vez más en esta extraordinaria Empresa de Telecomunicaciones, sin duda que el mundo de las telecomunicaciones no me ha abandonado ya este es la tercera vez que trabajo en Empresas como estas, es por eso que tengo experiencia. Espero que esta Empresa me habrá las puertas en cuanto a subir progresivamente en mi cargo daré lo mejor de mi para lograr muchos objetivos y metas que tengo en mente además debo aprovechar esta Empresa al máximo. Le estaré contando poco a poco los que ha sido mi experiencia Vivida en esta Empresa de Telecomunicaciones 📡

Hello, how are my dear friends of the fabulous #dailyblog community? I hope you are all doing well! As always, it is a pleasure to share and enjoy this wonderful #hiveblog platform, which I am fortunate to be a part of. It is a great pleasure to share with you a wonderful experience I had this week. After praying every night to GOD 🙏🏻 to find a job that would cover my basic needs, it wasn't the job I had hoped for, as I've lived this experience on the streets, and it's exhausting. But I see the positive side, and it is having the privilege of once again being part of this extraordinary telecommunications company. Without a doubt, the world of telecommunications has not abandoned me. This is the third time I've worked in companies like these, which is why I have experience. I hope this company will open doors for me to progressively advance in my position. I will give my best to achieve the many objectives and goals I have in mind. I must also make the most of this company. I will be telling you little by little about my experience in this Telecommunications Company 📡

Para formar parte en este tipo de Empresa no es fácil pero tampoco imposible, el pasado 14 de Mayo es decir hace 2 semanas, recibí una llamada del Capital Humano de Fibex qué es el nombre de la Empresa, fue una llamada muy larga hablando conmigo en si era la primera entrevista que tuve telefonica, en ese momento me citaron para una segunda entrevista dos días después 17 de Mayo con el Coordinador de Ventas, yo con ansias de trabajar fui a la segunda entrevista fueron 10 compañero el cual fueron llamados para trabajar, el coordinados muy amable y expontaneo nos preguntó unas que otras preguntas entre ellas las experiencias vividas y bueno aquí se iba a decidir quien iba a quedar o no, la verdad que todos le caímos chevere al Cordinador y afortunadamente nos llamaron para la tercera entrevista de trabajo el cual fue la siguiente semana 27 de Mayo y aquí fue la definitiva firmamos lo que fue el contrato laboral y todas lo que es el compromiso de empresa a trabajador. Ahorita ya con 2 semanas elaborando me he sentido bien al lado de mis compañeros nuevos y viejos también, aquí esta nuestro Coordinador y Gerente dándonos instrucciones para realizar un trabajo exitosos.

To be part of this type of company is not easy but not impossible either, on May 14th, that is to say 2 weeks ago, I received a call from the Human Capital of Fibex, which is the name of the company, it was a very long call talking to me in fact, it was the first interview I had by phone, at that moment they called me for a second interview two days later, May 17th, with the Sales Coordinator, I was eager to work so I went to the second interview, there were 10 colleagues who were called to work, the coordinator was very kind and spontaneous, he asked us a few questions, including our experiences, and well, here it was going to be decided who was going to stay or not, the truth is that we all liked the Coordinator and fortunately they called us for the third job interview which was the following week, May 27th, and here was the final one, we signed what was the employment contract and all that is the commitment of the company to the worker. Now, after two weeks of preparation, I've felt good alongside my new and old colleagues. Here's our Coordinator and Manager giving us instructions for successful work.

Como lo dije anteriormente no es el trabajo deseado, pero aún así le doy Gracias a DIOS 🙏🏻 por escucharé y abrime las puerta en este momento, aunque el trabajo sea vender en la calle el servicio de Internet Fibra Óptica no puede negar que es canzon el sol que nos calamos es a morir pero damos lo mejor cada día. Espero que este esfuerzo tenga su recompensa y que me puedan tomar en cuenta a futuro no tanto por lo que doy sino, por lo que valgo después de mucho sacrificio para lograr mi Litulo Universitario soy Licenciada en Contaduría Publica egresada de las mejor Casa de Estudio, viví muchas cosas para tener mi titulo por eso digo quisiera ser alguien más que una asesora de venta de servicio Fibra Óptica (Internet) yo siempre pienso en Grande.

As I said before, it is not the desired job, but I still thank GOD 🙏🏻 for listening and opening the doors for me at this moment, although the job is selling Fiber Optic Internet service on the street, you cannot deny that it is a song, the sun we get stuck in is to die for, but we give our best every day. I hope that this effort has its reward and that they can take me into account in the future not so much for what I give but for what I am worth after much sacrifice to achieve my University Degree. I have a degree in Public Accounting, graduated from the best House of Study, I lived through many things to have my degree, that is why I say I would like to be someone more than a Fiber Optic (Internet) service sales advisor. I always think Big.

Aquí tuvimos decorando lo que es nuestras instalaciones ya que es nuestra sede nueva el cual iba hacer ignaurada el pasado 4 de Junio es decir, hace 4 días bueno, entre todos mis compañero dimos nuestro granito de arena inflando globos y haciendo el arco del mismo para que nuestra sede estuviera chevere para ese día, además que otro grupo de compañeros se encontraba pegando y cuadrando las letras de la pare el cual decia "El Internet que Si Funciona".

Here we were decorating our facilities since it is our new headquarters which was going to be inaugurated last June 4th, that is, 4 days ago. Well, among all my colleagues we gave our grain of sand by inflating balloons and making the arch for it so that our headquarters would be cool for that day, in addition, another group of colleagues was gluing and squaring the letters of the wall which said "The Internet that Does Work".

Esta Empresa es de servicio y es del Estado de Valencia-Venezuela, una vez llegado el Presidente de la empresa junto a todo su comité y directiva de diferente Estados del País, antes de la Inauguración ellos quisieron compartir un rato con nosotros que somos la fuerza más Grande de la empresa porque si, nosotros no salimos a vender la empresa no será exitosa económicamente, somos la principal fuente para hacer que esta Empresa sea la mejor y nuestros clientes sepan la calidad de servicio qué ofrecemos a nivel Nacional. Después de mucha conversacion y tics para llegar hacer un buen Líder y tener con esfuerzo nuestro frutos, nos dijeron muchas cosas buenas que nos van a ayudar aún mañana en el presente y tener y en un Futuro no muy lejano lleno de mucho Éxito palabras Motivadoras y Conmovedora hicieron que saliéramos con una sonrisa en nuestro cuerpo.

This company is a service company from the state of Valencia, Venezuela. Once the president of the company arrived, along with his entire committee and board of directors from different states of the country, before the inauguration, they wanted to spend some time with us. We are the company's greatest strength because if we don't go out and sell the company, it won't be financially successful. We are the main source of income for this company to be the best, and for our clients to know the quality of service we offer nationwide. After much conversation and dedication to becoming a good leader and reaping the rewards of our efforts, they told us many good things that will help us in the present and in the not-too-distant future, filled with much success. Motivating and heartwarming words made us leave with a smile on our faces.

Ya todos estábamos afuera esperando por la Inauguración, se acerca el Presidente de la empresa hacer el respectivo corte de la cinta, luego entramos todos donde el Presidente iba a dar una Lindas palabras, su cara de Felicidad se le notaba en sus ojos, entre palabra y paletas unas más que otras nos dijo que la Meta era llegar a cada rincón de nuestro País Venezuela. Nos Felicito por tener una nueva Sede Hermosa y que Cuidarla era nuestro objetivo.

We were all already outside waiting for the opening. The company's president approached to cut the ribbon. Then we all went inside where the president was going to give some beautiful remarks. His happy face was evident in his eyes. Between words and popsicles, some more than others, he told us that the goal was to reach every corner of our country, Venezuela. He congratulated us on having a beautiful new headquarters and that taking care of it was our objective.

Después de las Palabras del Presidente, se le dio inicio al brindis de Champám bebida muy sabrosa y también algunos pasapalos. Fue un momento muy Conmovedor y Elegante a pesar que nos sentíamos agotadas porque en la mañana salimos a trabajar en las calles y en la tarde fue dicho evento, nos habían dicho que estaba suspendido y que no podía venir pero derrepente se aparecieron en la tarde una sorpresa jajja 🤣🤣

After the President's remarks, the champagne toast began, a delicious drink, along with some appetizers. It was a very moving and elegant moment, even though we felt exhausted because we had been out on the streets in the morning and the event took place in the afternoon. We had been told it was canceled and that we couldn't attend, but suddenly, a surprise appeared in the afternoon, hahaha 🤣🤣

Acá les muestro mis compañeros y compañeras en la parte de Asesores de Ventas somos 20 vendedores que salimos día a día constantemente en la calle a buscar futuros cliente que desee ser cliente de nuestro Servicio de Internet y TV y formar parte de nuestra Empresa en Telecomunicaciones FIBEX Telecom " Junto Somos Más" 👏🏻🎊🫂
