This dramatic movement is supposed to be the work of @freedom. He voted for @ocd-witness, except for @aggroed, through his proxy account @pumpkin. Because @freedom has about 9M SPs, his witness voting influence is the same as Tanos.
He had already significantly lowered the witness rankings of @gtg and @jesta in January.
@aggroed runs @steemmonsters and recently led the formation of @steemalliance. He also participated in @steem-engine development with features similar to SMT.
There is a positive part in that it allows other witnesses to get an opportunity instead of a top witness through a kind of rotation.
If this is really a routine rotation, then who is the next target of freedom? Maybe timcliff?
We need to watch the trend.
