Greetings again everyone, here on Aseanhive! I am back again, this time about a recipe I discovered. I love Korean and Thai culture very much that I love travelling to these places. Unfortunately, I don´t have that opportunity at the moment , so instead in my mind I thought..... ¨how about I creat a combination of Korean-thai noodle recipe dish. I love the idea of combining bold Korean and Thai flavors into one delicious fusion dish. This dish is a fun, creative twist that brings together the best of both cuisines. Korean tends to have a spicy taste, while Thai leans on to be citric with a lemon flavor.
I made a name for this recipe called Lebuldak. The lemon flavor plus the buldak sauce mixed together. This is an easy recipe to make since it is an instant noodles. To make it more flavorable , I added eggs, lettuce, and rice cakes. Trust me it is worth making at home. I wish to make this dish constantly.
Ingredients: · Egg· Lettuce
· Instant noodles
· Korean buldak sauce
· Thai seasoning
· Rice cakes
Preparation:
First boil the rice cakes. These are very hard and takes longer to cook among all other ingredients. So this must come first.
Then what follows should be the noodles, it is the second hardest . So it must go second, the softer ones come last.
There after, the meat or the egg should be placed so it can be edible and cooked.
Going with the softer ingredients come to the later parts because it boils quicker. Lettuce is the next. Make sure to cut them into small pieces.
Once all of that is placed. The magic buldak sauce and the thai seasoning should be combined and mixed.
This becomes the finished product , wahlaa. :) Trust me it is easy and delicious to make.
Noodles has become a global sensation over the decade, due to the popularity of K-drama´s and Asian culture. I hope we could enjoy noodles together. :)
