I would like to share with you my recipe for milk slices - a dessert which is popular not only with children but also with grown ups. My version is sugar and gluten free but you can adjust it according to your needs and taste.
It is quick and easy and you will just love it.
Ingredients: 8 eggs 200 g cream cheese 60 g erythritol or any other sweetener (honey, dates) 100 g chocolate (at least 85 % of cocoa) a bit of milk pinch of salt
400 g mascarpone sweetener
Everything ready? Let´s go for it!
Break the eggs and separate the yolks and whites.
Measure 60 g of sweetener of your choice.
And 200 g of cream cheese.
Mix the yolks, sweetener and cream cheese and add a pinch of salt.
Melt chocolate with a bit of milk in water bath and add it to your mixture. You can use also a cocoa powder of a high quality instead of the chocolate.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add them to your mixture and make a smooth batter.
Pour the batter to a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes in preheated owen.
In the meantime, whisk mascarpone together with your sweetener.
When the cake is ready, let it cool down and cut it in half.
Turn both sides upside down and spread sweet mascarpone on one half.
Cover the layer with the other half of the cake.
Serve with fruits or chocolate topping.
