Hey there, Hivers! It's great to be back again. Today, I wanted to share with you all about my recent experience attending the Hive Orientation for the second time. It was definitely an interesting experience and I can't wait to tell you all about it.

This time around, I was much more familiar with the Hive platform and community, but I still found the orientation to be very informative. It was great to see so many new attendees and to hear their unique perspectives on why they want to join Hive.
This program is really worth joining because aside from it's earning factor you can enhance your writing skills and surely you can inspire as well other people around the world with your stories and journeys through blogging in this platform.
**Invitees**

Before the orientation at Caduawan Elementary School, I was considering inviting my 16-year-old cousin Mary Francine Romagos as my attendee. She was the girl at the left side. I knew she had a passion for writing and believed that the Hive would be an excellent platform for her to develop her writing skills and showcase her talents. During the orientation, my cousin was curious as it was her first time attending such an event.
Upon our arrival, we saw @indayclara our main speaker with @naymhapz and other onboarders. It was my great surprise to see many new faces of attendees. We sat at the very end and they began the orientation by introducing ourselves and sharing our hobbies with the other attendees, allowing us to get to know one another and our hobbies with everyone so that we could get to know other Hivers and some of the new faces as well.
**First Orientation**

Basically, this was my second orientation and I will also share my experiences on my first-ever orientation of the hive as a newbie. Firstly, I was not very familiar with this platform at the beginning but because of my mother who turned out to be the school head of Caduawan, Elementary School, I was intrigued by this thing.
I have heard that I can enhance my writing skills in this program. I was determined to join Hive, and today, I am proud to be a member of this platform. However, I was quite nervous during my first orientation, but fortunately, the other Hivers were very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged here as a newbie. Looking back, I can confidently say that joining Hive was one of the best decisions I have made, and I am grateful to be part of this platform.
**Caduawan, Elementary School**

It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the venue of the orientation was held at Caduawa Elementary School. This school is just halfway from our home and I have some great memories associated with it. I studied here when I was in primary school, and during those days, I considered this place as my second home.

It's been a long time since I visited this school, which is why I made the most of my time and walked around after the orientation. As I walked around, I could see that there are many positive changes that have taken place here. This place is getting better and nicer than before, and it was heartening to see that many areas of the school have been renovated.

There are also new areas here, like this park that were not there before. The school has done a great job of maintaining the old charm while adding new features. Overall, I am grateful to my mother for hosting the orientation and helping to spread the platform of Hive to other people. It was a great experience to be back at my old school and see how it has transformed over the years.
**Learnings**
Because of this second orientation, I learned more about Hive's platform. It also helps me to understand better how this program works. Thanks to the speaker @indayclara I became more knowledgeable of Hive.
She talks about the fundamentals of creating a blog and the rules and regulations that we must follow. It was really helpful to have someone who is experienced in using Hive share their expertise and provide insight into the platform.
I feel more confident now to navigate and use Hive accurately. Overall, the session was very informative and helpful.
**Reflection**

Attending the Ocd onboarding project orientation for the second time was truly worthwhile for me. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge about the Hive platform and supported my friends in Hive in promoting this program to other people.
It was an enlightening experience that has equipped me to be more effective as a blogger, and I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful program. The orientation helped me to better understand the program's objectives, and how it works.

I learned about the importance of engaging with the community and how to accurately use the different tools available on the platform. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to improve their skills as a blogger. Thank you, OCD onboarding project, for this opportunity!
That's it for today's blog. Thank you for taking the time to read this! Until next time!🤗
