This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

As a coach I have a great responsibility to develop them as athletes. Not only physically but also mentally. The mind is everything and if we don't strengthen their mind and character through respect and confidence we will have a broken athlete. It is not the typical speech of the important thing is to compete. No really if you are going to compete your goal should always be to win and if not you must have improved your performance in relation to your previous competition, which will allow you to see the fruit of perseverance.

I do not blame or judge those who use this alternative to translate their content into other languages. I make use of translation apps myself, not because I lack knowledge but because it makes the job easier and once the translation is complete I only have to review and correct errors, which are much more abundant and even sometimes more aberrant than you think. This is due to the fact that, being a machine, a program, does not allow it to have the contextual and socio-historical-cultural knowledge necessary to make an adequate translation to what the author refers to.

Growing up without a father taught me the reality of life far beyond what anyone can imagine. The world is nothing without men. But growing up without a man to call “father” was not only difficult—it was an experience many who had their fathers around may never understand.

I noticed that this cup brings back memories. This cup is from my grandmother's cupboard. My grandmother is long gone, but the cup remains. Father’s Day always stirs a quiet wave of emotions in me. This year was no different. I began preparing my dad’s outfit from Saturday because I knew Sunday was going to be a beautiful one. Our church secretary had announced the previous week that the celebration would be something special. Since men have just this one day each year to be honored, the church agreed to make Father's Day truly memorable, to make every man feel seen and appreciated.

Congratulations to all the Fathers of this country and the entire world, some fathers deserve to be congratulated for their good work and others do not, whose presence has been absent or scarce in many homes. In particular, I reward and congratulate daily many men who have given their best as fathers and what we call stepfathers, because there are many men who have carried on their shoulders the raising of many children, who have done very well and are not biological children, but they deserve a lot of respect and admiration.

Music has always been a very important aspect in Mangrove. So with a comfy couch and a cosy atmosphere, my husband and I came with this idea of the sofa sessions. We had the chance to have my good friend (also a musician) coming to visit from Canada on my birthday so we did our first sofa session on that date. That day also happened to be my husband and I 10th anniversary. So we had a lot to celebrate! The evening was a success and we are very looking forward on our second sofa session having @meno come and play here while his wife @ankapolo do an amazing live painting.
