This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

Hello to everyone in the SWC community! I hope you had a good weekend and a great start to the week. Today, I would like to share a little bit about what I did today. To start my day, this time I was able to rest a little longer because they had already fixed the electricity. I got up, gave thanks for a good day, and got up to take a shower and have breakfast. Today my university holidays began. Then, I did some laundry since I didn't have any clean clothes and noticed that it had been raining for a long time.

Growing up as a child parents and teachers will always warn you about talking to, playing with or associating with people you do not know termed as “strangers” and this was for security reasons. As such I grew up with the mindset that dealing with strangers are harmful and can hurt sometimes, though not all and this made me to be so reserved like…. I don't talk to or associate with people.

It turns out that last Saturday I went to train at Bahía Dorada, located in the municipality of Maneiro, that little beach that not everyone knows about, but that's where I've seen most athletes train. The sun was beating down hard and the sand was burning my feet. When I finished, sweaty but relaxed, I looked to one side and saw a large beach that I think is called Playa El Ángel, where the Dowtoun club of the Tibisay hotel is located, which is very famous. Together we got our groove on with intense routines using resistance bands to perfect our technique. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Located in the southwestern region of the Dominican Republic, between the provinces of Independencia and Bahoruco, Lake Enriquillo is the largest body of water in the Caribbean. It lies about 265 km from Santo Domingo. To get there, you can take the Sánchez Highway (RD-2) to Baní and continue toward Azua, then follow the route through Neiba or Jimaní, depending on your preferred access point. The trip, which takes about 4 to 5 hours by car, offers landscapes ranging from sunny coastlines to semi-arid valleys bordered by mountain ranges.

After practicing the trick for a while, I sprained my ankle, so I stopped practicing it. I started doing some static variations such as back lever, handstand, front leg, and a new climb I had never done before called back entry. I rarely managed to do it on my own, as I got tired and I lack a little more strength to perform the trick much better. Well, after all that, I had to start training. My partner asked Milagro if she could train with her, since I was a little embarrassed to ask her myself. She said yes, so we started doing a leg routine. She explained the exercises we were going to do and that we were going to take turns, since they were going to be done with some of her resistance bands. We each did the same exercises with the same sets, but Milagro did a few more repetitions than I did. The exercises we did were as follows.
