I made vegan pansit for dinner and smoothie. Craving for noodles, so I came up cooking pansit. Since I have some veggies available, I just put anything I have.
Here's my pansit ingredients :๐๐
- vegan noodles
- carrot
- red bell pepper
- cauliflower
- lima beans
- sayote/chayote
- string beans
- crack black pepper
- rosemary
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- vegan soy sauce
- olive oil
For my smoothie : - half of carrot - pineapple - banana - coconut meat and water
