A vegan wrap with superfood spread for breakfast I made for us.
I want to share this so you can also make this at home when you feel like eating a vegetable wrap.
The wrap is made of kamut flour, oats flour, mash sweet potato, casava, coconut milk and a pinch of pink salt
the vegetables are carrots, sweet bell pepper, cabbage, green leaf lettuce and cucumber.
I wasn't able to take a photo of the sauce, but I can still share the ingredients,
Sauce ing: coconut milk, mash sweet potato, dried dates, dried longan, fennel, Chinese 5 spices, pink salt, and calamansi then blend them together.
