20 días y 2 noches ☀️🌒

20 días de repetitiva rutina, de decirme "hoy sí" y a penas 2 noches de verdadera determinación fueron las que me trajeron hasta aquí, finalmente a publicar. Me he hecho consiente de lo dañada que está mi confianza en mi misma, mi disciplina, y lo perdida y distraída que estoy de mis metas. Es fácil olvidarse de uno mismo cuando hay tanto ruido afuera. Me repito todo lo que debo hacer para "volver a ser yo", y en un momento lo olvido, porque soy tantas cosas, que se siente abrumador para mí misma, retomarlo todo... Sin embargo, todo se debe al desastre mental que no sé ordenar. Recuerdo a mi amiga @audiarmisg lanzandome su súper dato, sobre como ella práctica la confianza, y sobre como debería ser. Ella lo entendió todo, y lo compartió conmigo, quien a penas lo esta entendiendo... Pongo toda mi fe, en que si lo puedo hacer.  20 days of repetitive routine, of telling myself "yes today," and just two nights of true determination are what brought me here, finally to post. I've become aware of how damaged my self-confidence and discipline are, and how lost and distracted I am from my goals. It's easy to forget about yourself when there's so much noise outside. I repeat to myself everything I need to do to "get back to being me," and in a moment I forget, because I am so many things, that it feels overwhelming for me to pick it all up again... However, it's all due to the mental mess I can't sort through. I remember my friend @audiarmisg sharing her super-intelligible insight about how she practices confidence and what it should be like. She understood it all and shared it with me, who is still barely understanding it... I put all my faith in the fact that I can do it.
