Ready for 160 bpm!?😜 🤙 😅 When I mixed this Riddim, Serato counts 80 bpm, which is actually half of di tempo. I guess 160 bpm is too fast to count so the software breaks it down in half😄. Soca is the musical trademark for T&T, Trinidad & Tobago. Especially for the carnival in february. Soca developed from calypso, which is kind of the mother of Soca. Not every Soca tune is fast as this one, but for peak-party/DJ time you reach this tempo and you better be fit enough to wine to this speed/riddim. Wining is that fast hip-shake, u know.
