Before jumping into this article, please visit my season 37 report of Moonkarts so that you can track and see the improvement, because when you compare two reports, you can check how much you improved from the previous season. Anyway, liquid bots are there that make the game much more interesting because now you don't need to wait for minutes or sometimes hours to play multiplayer mode. This is a positive change, and we are already seeing the positive impact of it on the game. Earlier, in Moonkarts' posts, I often said that I was not playing because there were no players; now I can't show excuses. Now, mine and the other players' focus should be on playing more games because the game is easier than before.
This season felt like the shortest season because I did not get much time to play. Sometimes we are so busy that we don't get enough time to play, and this is what happened with me; this is a very poor performance when we compare it to all the other previous seasons. In the previous seasons, I have started playing from day 1, but in the current season, I have completed my first race after 4 days. You should try to rank on top from the beginning, so when you play in the last days, you can easily beat others in the ranked leaderboard winnings.
Ranked leaderboard winnings is the main source of accumulating colony tokens, so your first focus should be on ranked leaderboard winnings. You can even play without fuel in the ranked leaderboard winnings and rank higher. But if you have fuel, you can rank higher in orbital leaderboard winnings as well, and you can get colony rewards from the race. It is not good to neglect these two things, which is why you should have more cards and script tokens so that you can easily generate and claim the fuel. Cause this is a crucial point in the game.
GLX staking airdrop reward
If you are following my Moonkarts blogs, you have seen that I always mentioned this reward, and there is a reason behind it. Because I believe even a small reward is important, when you connect multiple rewards, it becomes a big and this is how you can build a decent amount of stake. Anyway, here you can see the staked GLX and sps reward airdrop, and it is 51.52 colony tokens. Such small rewards can become a way to reach your big goal. Earlier, I was holding 30k plus GLX tokens, but now there are no more GLX tokens left. But I have SPs tokens, and that's the reason I am getting airdrops regularly.

Now coming back to the rewards of the 38th season, I have received some liquid tokens during the races, and here it is, orbital leaderboard winnings reward is 21 colony tokens, as I placed 26th in rank, and I have been rewarded 4350 colony tokens as I placed 22nd in the ranked leaderboard for season 38. Both rewards are important, but here my priority is ranked leaderboard winnings because this is the main source of my colony income. Yes, I am also investing swap.hive/colony liquidity pool, and I am getting decent APR there, but that is a different case because the priority is the arcade colony wallet.
Staking 4582 colony tokens
Staking is my favorite, and whatever I earn, I stake all of it, and it is kind of reinvesting. The reinvestment strategy has always helped me. Reinvestment is always key for retail and small investors like me. Let me give you an example, and that is Splinterlands. In Splinterlands, I have followed a reinvestment strategy, and I have achieved unbelievable goals for myself. Such goals are not possible to achieve when you do not have a proper strategy and consistency. So, following that strategy, I have always reinvested in everything. Yes, sometimes I have to cash out because of home expenses and bills. Anyway, here you can see I have staked 4582 colony tokens, which is lower than the previous season. Better luck next time. You can check the before-staking amount of the total staked colony, and it was 78875. This is the scenario to enjoy.
Road ahead
Now, after the 38th season's staking, the total amount is 83458 colony in staking. And glad to say that I have reached the 80k mark, and this is the feeling like I am achieving 80k goals. Within 3 weeks, I will have 100k colony staking, and I am waiting for this moment. in between If I get the fund, it will be an excellent step to buy some colony tokens too, because the price is cheap now, and at this down price, accumulating colony tokens is a strategic move. Accumulation is my first priority, and ranked leaderboard winnings is my main source of colony income since I am not cunting liquidity pool earnings. Otherwise, there is a nice earning in swap.hive/colony liquidity pool. I know APR fluctuates a lot there, but the average APR is nice.
