Small investments can help you to gain big, and that's the reason I am accumulating colony tokens in multiple ways, and the two most important sources of colony accumulation are the liquidity pool and the ranked leaderboard reward in the Moonkarts game.
Investing is something that should not be ignored on Hive, as we have seen in my previous post about swap.hive/colony liquidity pool investment, I was heavily downvoted by some whales. I am happy for them because they are also working for the betterment of Hive, but I just want to say that investment in Hive and Hive's layer 2 tokens should be encouraged because, in the end, they are Hive projects. According to them, investment content should not be in the trending list. Anyway, thanks to those who are working for the hive's betterment and removing spam, but along with this, this thing should be reconsidered by them.
3rd staking of SWAP.Hive/Colony liquidity pool
So this is my third stake in the swap.hive/colony liquidity pool. Today I have added 1.80+ hive tokens and 2007.72 colony tokens, and do you know, there are some extra colony tokens that I have earned from this pool, and I have reinvested them. Good to see that new investment is coming into this pool, and this week, it has increased. Beeswap is a handy tool to invest in the liquidity pool because I can see the close details here, and tribaldex is also a good platform, but for the liquidity pool investment and watch, I prefer beeswap. Your opinion may be different, and I respect that. The next investment will be after 8 to 9 days, and at that time, I will try to increase the amount. Let's see what will happen because it depends on the fund availability. Apart from this, within a few days, I will cross the 9k HP milestone, which is an OMG moment for me.
Current Stake balance in COLONY/SWAP.HIVE liquidity Pool
So here you can see with the 3rd staking, I have reached a total of 5.85 swap.hive, and 6501 colony staking in this liquidity pool. Sadly, the APR has drastically gone down, which indicates that in the last few days, lots of investment has come into this pool. So APR is going down, and now it is just 5.812% APR, and a huge drop here. You can see the top leaders in this pool. I am not bothered by the low APR. The investment will continue. Previously, when I invested in this pool, the APR was 20%+. Big change in a short time, but this thing is overall good for the project, so let's enjoy it.
Investing in parts
I can't invest 100-200 hive at once because of the fund availability, and also, it is not a good practice. Part buying is one of the best strategies I have ever seen. By buying in small parts and reinvesting my earnings, I have gathered a nice amount of colony tokens. Yes, currently the colony tokens price is low, but colony is a governance token, and in the future, the utility will increase. That time, we can expect some nice growth in the token. However, as always, this is not financial advice. Players should be increased more so that it can create a demand for the token. Currently colony has good utility because it is available in two games: stake house den and moonkarts. The roadmap of Arcade Colony looks promising.
