Lucky ali, this side, and welcome back to my another splinterlands social media challenge. Here, I will continue my Card Upgrading series, the Legend series, which has helped me a lot in strengthening my deck. I have been getting numerous benefits from this particular method. Including this theme in the Splinterlands social media challenge has inspired me to upgrade more monsters, and this is exactly what is needed to compete in the battle of Splinterlands. When it comes to the soulbound cards then these cards are needed to Unbound first, to Transfer or sell, and I think this is a great method to increase the value of cards because not everyone is going to Unbound monsters due to the DEC charges. So psychologically it forces the players to upgrade and play more, and this is great and a better decision for the sustainable Splinterlands economy, but you're not forced to do it because you have a chance to unbound the cards, so this is the difference.
Upgrading soulbound cards is a great way to earn more rewards, and it is not bad that you are not selling the cards; instead, you are upgrading those monsters to earn more rewards, so that you are getting great benefits. Now, here I have four cards from the Water Splinter series, and I am going to upgrade those monsters. So let's check those cards and upgrade them. Actually, I have already upgraded those cards, but just saying that too to excite you.
Isgald Vorst (gold) | Common Water Unit | Upgraded for Level 4
The card you are seeing is a Gladiator monster whose name is Isgal Vorst. It has Opportunity and bloodbath abilities, and both abilities are greatest. When you have three giant attacks and there is an opportunity as well, then that card is a killer. along with the attacks, it has 3 armor, 4 health, and 4 speed, and this is a 5 mana card. I upgraded this card to the 4th level and combined two gold Cards. Since it is an Opportunity card with Melee attacks so you can place it anywhere you want except the first position. You can also put it in the last position because it has armour, and armor is definitely going to protect this monster from the sneak attacks. However, you can use it the way you want because it is your card. In case you own this card.
Kulu Swimhunter | Common Water Unit | Upgraded for Level 3
I know this is an old card, but I had some extra cards, so I decided to combine all of them to max out the levels. And after combining 14 cards, I have reached the third level. So in this level, I am getting 2 attacks, 3 speed, and 5 health. An important thing is that this is the 4 mana card. Since it is ranged attack monster so it is necessary to put it in the last position Otherwise you may be face a loss in the battle Because it is the rule of splinterlands and you cannot go against the rule Until and unless you have a close range ability in ranged attack card because this ability enables Card For the attack at the first position So this is beneficial for the ranged attack monster. The one more Card left in this List, so I have put that card on sale because I can't do anything with that card. After all, it is very difficult to compete with 1 1-level card. So at least, you must have some extra levels to compete with other Players In this Rating range.
Giant Alpine Skink (gold) | Common Water Unit | Upgraded for Level 5
This is again a gold monster, and as you know, that gold monster is always much more beneficial than the Normal monster. This is a special card because of the powerful stats and abilities. So I had a total of six cards, and from them, I have combined those five cards to reach the 5th level. After reaching this level, I have 4 melee attacks, 2 armors, 7 health, and 4 speed, and this is an 8 mana card. Moreover, I got phase and shield abilities. Now, one more thing that you have to be careful with when you have this monster in your team, and that is, always using this monster in the first position, because it is built for it. Also, when you see the abilities and stats of these cards you can feel it That is card is made for the first position So I recommend you to use this monster at first position but when there is a rule like Melee myhem, Then it is not bad to use this monster at another position Because it gets a sneak ability in that particular battle rule.
Alfredo | Rare Water Unit | Upgraded for Level 3
This is another Gladiator card, and this is a very cool card because it has just 2 mana, and in these 2 mana, you get multiple benefits. First of all, let me tell you that I have combined 14 cards to reach the 3rd level, and here I get some great abilities. I get some great stats like 2 attacks, 4 health, and 3 speed. Also, there is a bloodbath ability as a default, so this is a killer card, especially for the small mana battles, and it is good to take it in the last positions because it is a ranged attack monster.
Conclusion
So I have upgraded Isgald Vorst (gold), Kulu Swimhunter, Giant Alpine Skink (gold), and Alfredo. Tell me your favourite card from this list. And if you have something to say regarding this information, let me know in the comments section. I'll meet you in my next blog.
