Hi everyone, this is Lucky Ali, and I'm here with another social media challenge of the week. Before jumping into this post, please visit my previous Splinterlands social media challenge post, where I upgraded Commander Slade (gold), Razorhound (gold), Edith Emberstar, and Shock Trooper. Upgrading cards regularly is a necessary thing when your focus is on growth. It is not just helping to gain strength, but also helping to earn more in Splinterlands. That is the reason you should have a routine to upgrade the cards. Playing and cashing out should not be your goal, and this way, you will be limited to penny-earning. Don't be a limited person and spread your wings; that's the reason reinvestment should be your first priority in Splinterlands.
I have been upgrading my cards for a long time and just recently I have switched to modern game play mode. I have two focuses in the game: having stronger cards with max levels and increasing sps stake. These things can be possible if you stick to your goals. It is better to combine cards and upgrade them instead of unbounding and selling them because this is a way to increase your deck strength. The cards that I am upgrading today have nice abilities, and also, these cards are good in battle. Keep calm and enjoy these upgrades so that they can motivate you to upgrade your cards too. This is only applicable for Splinterlands players, but every user can read the post. let's go.
Thunderhoof Nomad | Rare Earth Unit | Upgraded for Level 2
This is a rare monster from Earth, and even with the 1st level, I have used this card. It is a rare monster with 3 mana. 1st level has 1 magic attack, 2 health, 2 speed, and a deflect ability. After upgrading the monster for level 2, it has 1 magic attack, 3 health, 2 speed, and a deflect ability. This card has low mana, which means it is perfect for the low mana battles. When you upgrade it further, I can give you some nice benefits and strengths. If I use this particular monster in battle, I would prefer 3,4, or 5th position because putting it in the last means danger of sneak, and also you can't put it in first or second because those two positions are also in a danger zone. So you have to protect this card from the danger zone.
Quilliun Legionary | Rare Earth Unit | Upgraded for Level 3
Often, I use this card due to its health, attacks, and close-range ability. I have level 2 gold of this monster, but since I am upgrading this particular card, I will have one more option with more power. In the basic level, this card has 2 ranged attacks, 1 armor, 8 health, and 2 speed, and after the upgrade to the 3rd level, this card has 2 ranged attacks, 1 armor, 9 health, 2 speed, and close range and thorns abilities. I know this is an 8 mana card, but it also has great stats and abilities, which make this card more powerful. Also, it is not necessary to put this card in the last position just because this card has a ranged attack, because it can perform from the first position due to its close-range ability, so this is the specialty of this card.
Quora Towershead | Epic Earth Unit | Upgraded for Level 2
You say this is the strongest monster in this list, and you are saying 100% true. This card is not just a monster, but it is a giant dragon. I never missed a chance to use this card whenever I got it. Anyway, 1st level of this card has 2 magic attacks, 2 melee attacks, 11 health, 3 speed, bloodlust ability, and heal ability. After upgrading it for the second level, it has 2 magic attacks, 2 melee attacks, 12 health, 3 speed, bloodlust ability, and heal ability. Yes, it is a 10 mana monster, but after spending 10 mana, you are getting some killer benefits that other cards won't. It can damage the opponent greatly, and it is best to use this card in the first position. However, you can try a different strategy with this card if you have any.
Thanalorian Blade | Epic Earth Unit | Upgraded for Level 2
This is another epic card, but I have used it only a few times, so I am not very familiar with it. However, I can say many things after seeing the stats and abilities. This is an epic 6 mana card. In the 1st level, this card has 2 melee attacks, 1 armor, 5 health, 3 speed, and an opportunity ability. The real benefit is hidden in the second level, so I have combined some cards and upgraded them for the 2nd level so after upgrading this card, it has 2 melee attacks, 1 armor, 5 health, 3 speed, opportunity ability, and execute ability. Since it is a 6 mana card so it can be useful for both small and high mana battles. It depends on your team making strategy. It is better to avoid using this monster in the first position because it is not built for it.
Conclusion
So I have upgraded Thunderhoof Nomad, Quilliun Legionary, Quora Towershead, and Thanalorian Blade cards. And when there are 2 rare and 2 epic cards in the list. All these cards are earth monsters, so the earth team is now stronger because some great abilities and strength have been added to the team, and this is what I want. Now it is time to say goodbye, but before leaving this place, share this post, comment below, and join Splinterlands under me. The referral link is given below. Have a good day, and I will meet you in my next blog.
