Día de rutina de back lever/Routine back lever day (ESP)(ENG)

Hola amigos y amigas de la comunidad, vengo a compartir con ustedes la rutina de back lever que realicé el día de hoy

Hello friends of the community, I am here to share with you the back lever routine that I did today.

Rutina	Routine
Fondos 10x4 reps	Tríceps dips 10x4
Pica en barra 10 seg x 4reps	Barbell Pike 10seg x 4reps
Back lever a 45° 10 seg x 4 reps	Back lever at 45° 10 sec x 4 reps
Back lever a una pierna 10 seg cada lado x 4 reps	Single leg back lever 10 sec each side x 4 reps
Flexiones a pino asistida 8 x 4 reps	Assisted push-ups 8 x 4 reps
