Hola amigos y amigas de la comunidad SWC, después de 6 meses sin escribir, vuelvo y también vuelvo con la calistenia, estuve tiempo sin hacer ejercicio, porque tengo fascitis plantar desde hace 5 meses atrás.

Hello friends of the SWC community, after 6 months without writing, I'm back and I'm also back with calisthenics, I haven't exercised for a while, because I have plantar fasciitis since 5 months ago.

Fascitis plantar: es la inflamación del tejido conectivo grueso que une el talón con los dedos de los pies. Y esa inflamación a la hora de yo caminar da un dolor fuerte que hay veces que no puedo caminar casi, y la doctora me dijo que podría avanzar a las caderas y así fue, cuando hago fuerza para levantar algo me duele las caderas, pero gracias a dios he asistido a una reumatologo, me ha cambiado de medicamento 3 veces, pero la tercera es la vencida, y actualmente me siento bien por los medicamentos y las terapias que me ha mandado la doctora,bueno ya que expliqué esto continuo con el post.

Plantar fasciitis: it is the inflammation of the thick connective tissue that joins the heel with the toes. And that inflammation when I walk gives a strong pain that sometimes I can not walk almost, and the doctor told me that I could move to the hips and so it was, when I force to lift something hurts my hips, but thank God I have attended a rheumatologist, I have changed medication 3 times, but the third time is the charm, and now I feel good for the drugs and therapies that the doctor has sent me, well since I explained this I continue with the post.
