Hello my dear colleagues and companions of this beautiful community of photography lovers. Today I bring you a new publication in full color.
Our country is an island, therefore we are surrounded by the sea and from there we could assume that fishing is one of the main economic sources of food, but this is not the case, fish is not abundant and is often imported. But what is abundant are fishermen in the city.
Cojimar, the Malecón wall, the town of Regla, coastal beaches, such as Playa el Chivo at the exit of the Havana tunnel and Playa Cajío, south of Mayabeque, are places where I have had the opportunity to take photos of fishermen.
I have always liked to see the skill with which those fishermen throw the nets where they collect the fish and the shapes they take in the air as they unfold towards the sea. Something that I can't help but take photos of whenever I see it. It just attracts me!
I also like to see when after fishing they proceed to clean and prepare the fish, for later consumption or sale.
On the Malecón it is common to see many fishermen, or rather, almost all amateurs, who have the patience to spend hours on the wall trying to get a good catch; Some make it, some don't, but everyone enjoys the moment equally.
So here I leave you a few images of those moments that sometimes become everyday and we enjoy it, both the fishermen and this photographer.

Hola mis queridos colegas y compañeros de esta linda comunidad de amantes de la fotografía. Hoy les traigo una nueva publicación a todo color. Nuestro país es una isla, por lo tanto estamos rodeados por el mar y de ahí podríamos suponer que la pesca es una de las principales fuentes económicas proveedora de alimentos, pero no es tan así, no abunda el pescado y muchas veces se importa. Pero lo que si abundan son los pescadores en la ciudad. Cojimar, el muro del Malecón, el poblado de Regla, playas costeras, como Playa el Chivo a la salida del túnel de La Habana y Playa Cajío, al sur de Mayabeque, son lugares donde he tenido la oportunidad de hacerle fotos a pescadores.
Siempre me ha gustado ver la destreza conque esos pescadores lanzan las redes donde recogen el pescado y las formas que toman ellas en el aire en su despliegue hacia el mar. Algo a lo que no puedo evitar hacerle fotos siempre que lo veo. Simplemente me atrae! Igualmente me gusta ver cuando después de pescar proceden a limpiar y preparar del pescado, para su posterior consumo o venta. En el Malecón es común ver a muchos pescadores, o mejor dicho, casi todos aficionados, que tienen la paciencia para estar horas sobre el muro tratando de obtener una buena pesca; algunos lo logran otro no, pero todos disfrutan por igual el momento. Entonces aquí les dejo unas cuantas imágenes de esos momentos que a veces se hacen cotidianos y lo disfrutamos, tanto los pescadores, como esta fotógrafa.
