Yesterday I completed 31 trips around the sun 🙌🏻 I welcomed this beautiful day by the sea, only this time it wasn’t my beloved Caribbean but my first time enjoying the Atlantic 🌊. To my surprise, I really liked it. # A while ago I mentioned that my chapter in Medellín had come to an end in 2025, but I hadn’t revealed what my next destination would be. For the next two or three months (or maybe life itself 😂) I’ll be exploring France and a few countries in Europe. Right now I’m in Bordeaux, the city of wine 🍷, which will be my home base for the coming months. My first impression of this city is that it’s quite calm and elegant, with beautiful architecture and a mix of cultures walking through its streets. # I’ve only been here for 3 days, the trip was a total adventure but you know how much I love those. Jet lag has been doing its thing too—my stomach and my mind are still working on Colombian time—but I’m already doing my best to speed up the adaptation process. For now, I can tell you that I feel very happy, fulfilled, and welcomed. I’ve taken these first days to rest, and tomorrow I’ll be resuming my activities gently with myself, as it should always be—accepting that every process takes time and that I must treat myself with lots of love. # Did you already guess what my next stop would be, or did this one take you by surprise? 🤭🤭🇫🇷

Ayer completé 31 vueltas al sol 🙌🏻 Recibí este hermoso día junto al mar, solo que en esta ocasión no fue mi amado Caribe sino que fue mi primera ve disfrutando del atlántico 🌊. Para mi sorpresa, me gustó mucho. # Desde hace tiempo les comenté que mi etapa en Medellín había culminado por el 2025, pero no les había revelado cuál sería mi próximo destino. Durante los próximos dos o tres meses (o la vida 😂) estaré conociendo Francia y algunos países de Europa, actualmente me encuentro en Bordeaux, la ciudad del vino 🍷 y la cual me acogerá como epicentro durante los próximos meses. Mis primeras impresiones de esta ciudad es que es bastante calmada y elegante, con una arquitectura hermosa y muchas culturas encontradas entre sus calles. # A penas tengo 3 días aquí, el viaje fue una locura pero saben que me encantan las aventuras. El jet lag también ha hecho de las suyas, todavía mi estómago y mi mente trabajan en horario colombiano, pero ya estoy haciendo lo posible por acelerar el proceso de adaptación. Por lo pronto les digo que me siento muy feliz, plena y acogida, me he tomado estos días de descanso y mañana retomaré mis actividades de manera amable conmigo misma, como debe ser siempre, aceptando que todo proceso lleva su tiempo y que debo tratarme a mi misma con mucho amor. # ¿Ya se imaginaban cuál sería el siguiente país de mi ruta o los tomó por sorpresa? 🤭🤭🇫🇷
