I have this great opportunity once again to be here and participate in the on going protest by writing about this topic:
your definition of being broke.
For this topic to come this way clearly shows that different persons has different views on what they mean to be broke .
So I will like to talk about mine with my reasons Also.
what I understand as being broke .
This literally to me doesn't mean being poor as some people might liken it to be . There is a very big difference between the two .
One different between being broke and being poor is that "a poor person is someone who is not rich or wealthy, person who doesn't have much as his or her own , be it property or money or anything valuable assets, a poor person too despite being poor can still go broke as some time's and this is as a result that he doesn't have the usual little money to take care of his normal expenses or he doesn't have money at a point in time , so someone like this can say" I'm broke" .
In the same way a rich person or a wealthy person can also at a point go broke, this can be when the person has spent more than his usual spendings or just acquired a property that took away a lot of his money, at this point he can say "I'm broke at the moment" .
Being broke is not about not having up to a particular amount of money because someone who earns 100k for a example Monthly and normally he do spend 60k within that period of a month, if it happens that he spends more than that or something came up that took all the money from him , at that point he is broke,
Same way when a rich man has passed his normal spending limit, he can decide to be more economical until he recovers some money back again, so at that point he is being more economical , he can tell you "I'm broke" , but maybe when you check the money he has as at that time you will see millions but to him , he will tell you he has reached his broke limit.
So being broke is not about how much you have but it means not capable at the moment to spend as usual.
Another thing is that you can't say that a young hustling guy or girl is poor because he or she is still hustling to make the money, but you can say that an old man or an adult is poor because he has passed his hustling age and he still don't have much .
conclusion
Being broke is what happens within some short period of time and there's no specific amount to call broke limit .
