Good Morning, my friends.. It's another wonderful Sunday. Sometimes, I sit here writing this, feeling like Sunday was just a couple of days ago, but it has been a week. In another 10 days, we are going to head into September.
Went to the local shop to buy some cleaning materials for my car. These days, I take my car washing regime seriously. haha..
After that, I went to the house that I was still working on to plan to rent out. Last touches. This room has a balcony.

One of the finishing touches to the cement floor is to get some contractors to tile the floor.
This room is also almost complete. I painted over a lot of wall writings. The wooden floor was quite dull, so I got some wood floor paint and painted it over. My future plan is that, if I have enough cash, I will remove the wooden floors and get them tiled. This is to reduce maintenance.
The kitchen
The exhaust fan has already been changed to a new one. The last one was really old and dirty. The walls were quite dirty but has been repainted with a darker shade od brown.
The tiles in the bathroom
The bathroom tiles were quite old and all of a sudden popped up so I had them replaced.
After doing some laat checks of the house, I wanted to bring some stuff to recycle so I drove to eyeone recycling centre. You can sell aluminium cans here for around Rm 6 or around USD 1.30 per kilo.
After that, in the evening, I went to a food festival to enjoy some local food there.
After all the hard work and some rest, it was time to head to the temple here in Miri.
