Hace tiempo, cuando comencé a aplicar narrativas con enfoque de género, usaba formas intercaladas que cansaban la vista y oídos de algunas personas, por ejemplo escribía o decía: "nosotros y nosotros", "ellas y ellos". La clave del lenguaje incluyente requiere sustituir términos diminutivos, despectivos, solo masculinizados por un uso más amplio y abarcador de narrativas. Es propicio, que se usen palabras más genéricas, abstractas y colectivas, esto es un esfuerzo corresponsable progresivo, pues requiere de mucha voluntad y educación para la transformación futura que conlleve hacia el bien común, donde todas las personas nos podamos sentir parte.
