I cultivated a fertile space at my backyard for vegetables a few weeks ago and the results have been impressive. Eating what you grow is a good idea and a healthy one also.
Added with this little endeavor is the daily routine of watering the plants (often in the mornings) which I enjoy. This vegetable is commonly called the 'water leaf', and it's used in preparing delicious soups.
As the name suggests, it needs a lot of watering. It's such a great feeling growing and nurturing something to fruition.
