*Saludos queridos hivers espero hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, hoy les comparto lo que fue la última parte de mi recorrido por la Avenida ***“Cacique Maraguey”*** junto a mi hijo, nos trasladamos al sector ***“La Marina”***, dejando atrás, ***“El Monumento” y “Los Castillitos”***, y seguimos por todo lo largo de su extensión, iniciando con un gran espacio donde se han instalado ferias de ventas de pescado y hortalizas, así como también esta zona ha servido como sede de varios parques de atracciones que han visitado la ciudad para el disfrute de grandes y pequeños; seguidamente tenemos varias canchas de arena al aire libre para practicar el vóleibol y futbol de playa, así como dos más cerradas con césped artificial para jugar tenis, todas disponibles para el público que visita esta parte de la avenida, solo tienes que traer su pelota y ponerte a practicar con tus amigos, luego más adelante a mano derecha nos encontramos un anfiteatro al aire libre, donde se realizan eventos musicales en época de carnavales más que todo, y también es visitado por los docentes de educación física para volar papagayos con los niños, ya que la brisa de esta zona es bastante potente por estar frente al mar. Detrás de este anfiteatro hay un camino por cierto que llega hasta la playa y muchas personas se bañan aquí, aunque esto no es recomendable, ya que se sabe que los desagües de todas las casas y edificios que están en frente desembocan en este mar.* *Finalmente, nos encontramos con el Centro Comercial ***“Marina Plaza”***, donde queda una marina privada, por eso se debe su nombre, además de un cafetín donde venden una comida muy rica, como les he mencionado en publicaciones anteriores de este centro comerciales antes podíamos encontrar muchas tiendas y franquicias, pero de unos años para acá este Centro Comercial ha cerrado la mayoría de sus negocios, quedando solo algunos funcionando al público, como la sede de Cinex, que por cierto es el único cine de Cumaná, dos restaurantes, y algunas boutiques que aún se mantienen operativas, justo al lado tenemos a ***McDonald’s*** que como todos saben es un establecimiento de comida rápida muy popular, especialmente para los niños quienes valoran mucho jugar en su parque infantil y degustar la cajita feliz que tanto le encanta a los pequeños, donde por cierto tengo una visita pendiente a este establecimiento para traer a mi hijo menor en su cumpleaños.* *Hasta aquí mi recorrido por esta extensa avenida, la cual representa una zona de relax y esparcimiento, la cual considero pudiera sacársele más partido en el ámbito turístico, ya que como pueden ver es extensa y tiene un gran potencial por su ubicación y cercanía con el mar. Me encanto compartir con ustedes mi experiencia y los invito a recorrer trotando esta avenida como lo hice yo con mi hijo, quien es mi acompañante favorito en 40 minutos.*

Behind this amphitheater there is a road that reaches the beach and many people bathe here, although this is not recommended, since it is known that the drains of all the houses and buildings that are in front of it flow into the sea.*** ***Finally, we find the shopping center “Marina Plaza”, where there is a private marina, hence its name, plus a cafe where they sell a very tasty food, as I mentioned in previous publications in this mall before we could find many stores and franchises, but a few years ago this mall has closed most of its businesses, leaving only a few operating to the public, as the headquarters of Cinex, which by the way is the only movie theater in Cumana, two restaurants, and some boutiques that are still in operation, right next door we have McDonald's which as everyone knows is a very popular fast food establishment, especially for children who appreciate playing in their playground and tasting the Happy Meal that the little ones love so much, where by the way I have a pending visit to this establishment to bring my youngest son for his birthday.*** ***So far my tour of this extensive avenue, which represents an area of relaxation and recreation, which I think could be better used for tourism, because as you can see it is extensive and has great potential for its location and proximity to the sea.
