Today we welcomed the group of students who have enrolled so far, as we only started the enrollment process a few days ago, since it couldn't be done in July. The school principal welcomed the students and introduced us to the teaching staff because new students had joined. She also reminded us of the school rules regarding the use of uniforms and the prohibition of cell phones and headphones in class, since, as we all know, they are a distraction that has been taking over our youth, and we must keep this type of addictive technology within limits, as it greatly impairs their concentration. The glorious notes of the national anthem and the anthem of the state of Sucre were sung, and a teacher was assigned to each grade to be responsible for today's activity, which was purely diagnostic, and to hand out the class schedules.* *In addition to this activity, first-year students had prepared another activity, which was a tour of the school facilities to familiarize themselves with each of its spaces and know where to go if they needed any information, whether in the library, the Assessment Department, the Section, the Principal's Office, the Vice Principal's Office, the Infirmary, the Culture Department, the Computer Room, or other areas such as bathrooms, filters, the cafeteria, and the dining room.* *When they came to the assessment department, I attended to them and explained the functions carried out there, as well as the legal grounds available to them when repeating an assessment in which they had not achieved the minimum pass mark. I also reminded them of their commitment to attend classes and complete all the tasks assigned to them in each of their areas of training. hoping that this school year will be a successful one and bring good news in terms of salaries for the staff, who so richly deserve better remuneration in accordance with the great importance of this profession of teaching others. ***Feliz inicio de semana queridos hivers, ya iniciamos el periodo escolar en mi trabajo, el día de hoy recibimos al grupo de estudiantes que se ha inscrito hasta los momentos, ya que hace unos días fue que iniciamos con este proceso, ya que en julio no se pudo hacer, la directora del plantel le dio la bienvenida a los estudiantes, y nos presentó al cuerpo docente porque se incorporaron nuevos estudiantes, a su vez recordó la normativa del colegio en cuanto al uso del uniforme y la prohibición de teléfonos y audífonos en clases, ya que como todos sabeos es un distractor que se ha venido apoderando de nuestra juventud y debemos mantener este tipo de tecnología tan adictiva con límites, ya que perjudica mucho su concentración, se entonaron las gloriosas notas del himno nacional y del estado sucre, para asignar a cada año un docente que sería responsable por la actividad de hoy que era netamente diagnóstica y a la vez entregar los horarios de clases.*** ***Los estudiantes de 1.er año aparte de esta actividad tenían preparado otra dinámica que era un recorrido por las instalaciones del liceo para conocer cada uno de sus espacios y sepa donde acudir en caso de necesitar alguna información ya sea en Biblioteca, el Dpto. de Evaluación, Seccional, Dirección, Subdirección académica, Enfermería, cultura, Sala de computación, entre otros como baños, filtros, área de cantina y el comedor.*** ***Cuando pasaron por el dpto. de evaluación los atendí y le explique las funciones que ahí se realiza, así como los basamentos legales que estaban a su disposición al momento de repetir una evaluación donde no había alcanzado la mínima aprobatoria, así como también les recordé su compromiso a asistir a clases y a realizar todo lo que se le asigna en cada una de sus áreas de formación, esperando que este año escolar sea de éxitos y traiga buenas noticias en el ámbito salarial para el personal que tanto nos merecemos una mejor remuneración de acuerdo a la importancia tan grande que tiene esta profesión que es enseñar a otros, hasta una nueva oportunidad.***
