*Una de las celebraciones que forma parte de nuestras tradiciones es la Festividad de la Patrona del Oriente Venezolano ***“La Virgen del Valle”***, que se celebra el 8 de septiembre de cada año en los estados Nueva Esparta y Sucre donde yo resido, por lo que es común ver diferentes procesiones, altares, misas y actos religiosos en estas fechas en conmemoración a la virgen quien fue coronada como patrona de esta zona oriental en 1911, cumpliendo 114 años este 2025; los centros comerciales no se escapan de esta veneración y se esmeran por colocar las estatuillas con vestidos llamativos y muy elegantes para brindar su devoción.* *En una de mis visitas al centro comercial galerías, es imposible pasar por alto los hermosos altares que se encuentran dispuestos para la ***Virgen del Valle y el Doctor José Gregorio Hernández***, quien fue en vida un médico muy popular de Venezuela por curar a los pobres sin pedir nada a cambio y en el año 2021 fue beatificado por el papa Benedicto y considerado santo por sus obras milagrosas; en el primer altar lo vemos entrando en el centro comercial en la planta baja, cerca del ascensor a una altura que destaca su importancia, en esta zona se encuentran dispuestos varios asientos para descansar y sentarse a conversar entre amigos, ahí me quede un rato para tomar estas fotografías.* *Y el otro altar que observe queda en el piso 3 en el nivel donde se encuentra la tienda traki, y este me encanta porque lo podemos ver más de cerca apreciando todos los detalles de la hermosura de mi querida Virgen del Valle, quien está vestida con un traje muy elegante, al igual que la estatuilla del Doctor José Gregorio Hernández, a quien le tengo mucha fe también; los podemos ver entre muchas flores a su alrededor y algunas monedas que le colocamos sus feligreses que por tradición se usa para embellecer aún más sus altares. En donde vivo también inicio las celebraciones de la Virgen del Valle, quien va de piso en piso por todo el edificio, aún no llegado al mío, por lo que pronto les estaré compartiendo esta celebración, hasta una próxima oportunidad.*
